The hotel has just opened, it is in perfect conditions. The room was spacious. Water, tea and coffee were available in the room free of charge. The bed and the sofa where our 6 y.o. kid slept were very comfortable. Personal care products were of very good quality. Spa center was available for free at any time. It is very good, the design, pool, saunas, jakuzzi were great. We spent an amazing time in spa being there all alone. Bathrobes, slippers and additional towels for spa were left at our room. The breakfast was great, our son was happy to have his favourite pancakes with cottage cheese. The staff at the receptin (also in spa area) were super kind and friendly. When we are back in Klaipeda, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff serving breakfast was not helpful, very slow and not organized. A lot of people who could not effectively do their work. Some of them even seemed rude. I felt not welcomed when asked for help. There were always missing meals and canteens. The toaster was turned off, when I turned it on, it was heating up for ages.

a) we had a bath in our room but washing yourself with a shower is a bit complicated - water drops everywhere on the floor because of the very tiny glass cover and unreasonably planned bath b) i planned the late checkout and paid for it in advance but the staff did not manage to mark it out and i was called to move out. We easily sorted it out, but attention to detail is also important.

Amazing hotel! Very good location! What I loved about the hotel that every detail is very good quality. Great spa area, nice roof top bar for evening drink and snacks, good food in hotel's restaurant, really enjoyed comfortable bed and bedlinen. Hotel was very flexible with all additional arrangements - like extra bed for a child in the room. Extra bonus that hotel is pet friendly and we had great stay with out pet. Highly recommended for a stay in Klaipeda and will defintely come back next time.

Location is absolutely perfect: very central and safe, bus stop (from which there are many buses with the destination of train/bus station as well as the beach) is located right next to the hotel. Breakfast selection is very wide and the food is delicious. Moreover, the breakfast area itself is nice and cosy. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

The beds are not the most comfortable ones and the movement-activated night lamp, although tiny, is actually quite harsh and not really necessary. Also, there could definitely be more sunbeds in the SPA zone.

Breakfast was delicious, variety of choices, the SPA center was superb, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Staff members' approach and support during the stay. First of all, we've had to pay double for breakfast, which should have been included in the room price for 2 adults, but because we didn't write that 2 people will stay in the room - breakfast was included only for 1 person, strange because in booking reservation it is written very precisely, BREAKFAST included in ROOM price, ROOM is for 2 adults.

Decent business hotel in a good position for meetings in and around Klaipeda. Comfy lounge area. Decent breakfast. No parking of own, but plenty of spaces nearby and easily paid for on UniPark app.

Staff didn’t seem particularly happy, not many smiling faces on show. It is something I am always looking out for and aware of because no matter how nice the hotel, lack of smiles does tend to suggest something about it as a workplace.

The place feel like new! Rooms are very clean. Hotel feels spacetios, not crouded.

We tried hotels restourant and it wasn’t that good. Price and quality doesn’t fit together that well. Speaking about SPA. It is separet company, and in my oppinion it doeasn’t really have that high level to fit together with hotel, further more, it difficult to find info in internet to book place before coming.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location! I should point out that the room was perfectly clean and the breakfast was varied and very tasty! Moreover, the rooms were well soundproofed.

The air conditioning in the room was quite loud and noisy. The automatic night floor lighting was too bright for the dark room and it turns on every time you move, even if you aren't standing on the floor. This was quite annoying, but we managed to cover the sensors.

Good, new hotel. Modern and new rooms. Comfortable bed, extra 2 pillows in the wardrobe. Good location, close to old town. Very good breakfast. Big variety and the menu is not the same every day.

We stayed 4 nights and during the breakfast the staff didn’t take empty plates, cups from the table. Every day we had to put a pile of them as there was no space on the table. Moreover, the staff was walking around many times. Parking costs 15€ per day or you can park on the street and pay separately.

Great location and the hotel is well maintained. Breakfast selection was also very good.

We stayed there a day after we got married, unfortunately there was no acknowledgement from staff members and we had two small blankets in the room (which I am not sure if its just a hotel standard or not), but for someone who used to work in the hotels, I feel its something every establishment should try to do.
