The spa is amazing! It is huge, big pools with cold, warm and very warm water, multiple saunas and jacuzzi, multiple shower areas, inside and outside with warm water, nice resting areas, all with very nice temperature. I am used to the German spa where it is cold everywhere except the saunas and I really loved that here there was a pleasant, warm enough temperature in the indoor areas. The whole place is very well maintained and the small details make your experience there very enjoyable (enough sun beds, many places to hang you towels, shower separators, ladies only area, changing room in the hotel lobby for those who did the check out but still want to use the spa, etc).

Breakfast is superb, the hotel on the inside is very nice and calming, the wellness area has lots of options, nice pools, clean and comfortable saunas, beautiful hotel surroundings

The beds are too hard which significantly impacted our stay, the purpose is relaxation and wellness and not being able to sleep comfortably is obviously a big negative. The outside of the building looks like a concrete bunker which is not visually pleasing. The complex can have a distinct hospital feel about it

The room was really good and spacious. We enjoyed the thermal pools, the facilities as a whole and also the breakfast. We spend very nice days and also visited nearby restaurants. It's convenient to drive to Luxembourg City or Schengen.

Booking a tennis court was a problem. It seems the agreements with the owner of the courts had been cancelled, so we couldn't play tennis. There was quite some misinformation amongst the employees on that matter. Parking is busy and can be stressful for electric vehicles, with only a few spots.

The daily breakfast buffet is about as good as it gets for travelers anywhere; among the best we have experienced. We are return customers with family in the area so this is the best choice for our visits. We had need of some special requests at the front desk and they helped us efficiently and without complaint!

good to relax but aqua sport 2 a day results to music witch is played way to hard and we moved from the pool.

salade lunch at the pool house was over date. 26th and presented at the 29th. after one taste we left it and made a complaint at reception that this was not up to the standards of this hotel. nothing was done with the complaint. only in the main restaurant the food was excellent. the room 116 was great. however due to something with the airconditioning (which we did not turn on) made every 5 minutes a strange noice. comment yes we know. but it gave us restless nights.

Quiet room with comfortable beds and a small patio overlooking the garden. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The direct access to the spa was very convenient and the gym was great with lots of cardio and weight machines. The hotel is located at walking distance to the village with different restaurants and a casino and towns like Luxembourg City or Trier are easy to reach by car.

Some minor improvement points include the shower (water pressure was low and the temperature kept changing from hot to cold), the scrambled egg was very runny (an egg station to order omelet or made to order eggs would have been a star addition) and the outside of the hotel makes it look a little older than the inside actually is.

We wemt for the wellness facilities which were good, only takes a while to understand the layout. Breakfast was very good.

The bathroom flooded after the shower which wasn’t pleasant, especially for the person using it second. The bar was closed on Friday afternoon due to a business function which wasn’t very big so we didn’t understand why we couldn’t even get a drink. The restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food served.

The spa facilities, the cleanliness of the place and very good breakfast.

The air conditioning in some rooms is dated and does not work properly: makes a lot of noise and does not cool the room. Also the hotel could invest in summer duvets, because winter ones are really too heavy and hot for this season and they prevent you from getting a good rest at night. And finally, it is a small thing, but for this range of prices a free bottle of water in the room would have been nice.

Very well equiped gym, extremely kind and attentive, well English spoken staff. Thermes pool was stuffed, but we could freely swim in a cooler one. Overrated sauna was very crowded and not enjoyable. Quite a nice breakfast. It was very hot in a room at night, therefore it's hard to have a good sleep. Extra pilows and thinner blankets would have helped. Hotel surrounded by beautiful flowers and nature.

Only 2 tiny pillows per room...and super thick winter blankets, when it's nearly +20... A bottle of water would be a nice welcome gesture.

Incredible spa, one of the best in Europe in my opinion. The food at Le J. restaurant was excellent.

The maid/s were the low point - they visit very early (before 9am) and knock once before entering and loudly exclaiming “room service”. When you ask them to come back later, they return within a short timeframe and repeat the whole process. The decor in both the hotel & spa looks a little tired.
