A clean and very comfortable holel in the best location in Skopje. 5 mins from central square but in a neighborhood much better, with cute bars and street food as well as shops to find everything you may need. There is no outdoor noise and you feel safe walking around. I actually miss staying there. I had the best time, although I was travelling alone for business. I will definately stay there again!

Location was very central. Buffet breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight out and they offered to make us up breakfast boxes to take with us. We opted not to take them but appreciated the offer. It was my son's birthday on the last day and my plans for a special breakfast fell through (nothing to do with the hotel, the staff were willing to be a party to the surprise). However, they provided a piece of cake with a candle which was lovely. We had an issue with our toilet the first night. It would not stop flushing. The staff immediately tried to fix it (was after 10pm) but when they could not, we were given another room and the problem was deftly fixed the next day. Perfect service and there was no inconvenience for us. My sons made use of the gym which they had to themselves. Be aware it can only accommodate a few people at a time but that was not an issue for us.

Good location, very friendly staff, nice breakfast, fairly spacious room, and comfortable beds. There was a cabinet between the beds, which provided just the right amount of peace and privacy.

It's worth noting that the balcony is quite a bit higher than the room’s floor level, and there is no step. It takes a bit of effort to get onto the balcony, so it may not be accessible for someone with limited mobility, let alone for someone with significant physical challenges. Otherwise, it was quite nice.

The hotel was well above our expectations. The location is in the heart of the city, we were able to reach everywhere on foot. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT! Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They helped us with every request, from transportation to restaurant recommendations. Being greeted with a smiling face every time we entered the hotel and the polite attitude of the staff made us feel truly at home. Even though we stayed in March, the room was very hot. We were welcomed into a spotless room, the room toilet and beds were very clean. When we visit Skopje again, this hotel will definitely be our only choice! Thank you so much again for making our stay perfect!

Had a good stay for a total of 4 nights/5 days. Hotel is in good location as its walking distance to places i wanted to go. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was best and staffs were nice. If ever i will come back to Skopje, i will choose and book this hotel again.

Two isolated things but not too bad: 1-live bug on macaroni salad. My friend was about to eat during the breakfast when she notice something moving though the staff was attentive enough and remove the entire salad bowl 2-small cockroach inside the room. Killed it and the next day, we asked the housekeeper/room cleaner to remove it.

It’s very close to city center like 3 minutes walking distance. Lots of places around to shop and eat. Booked room for a family with 2 kids was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was wide and clean. There were 2 TVs in the room. Air conditioning was working and window was quite soundproofing. Breakfast was ok especially the pastry items. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Checkout was quick. Parking was 4 minutes away somewhere on a closed area surrounded by buildings. It was guarded 24/7.

It’s hard to spot it from a running car from the street as there is no sign pointing to it. Breakfast although ok would have been great if a little more variety for bakery stuff was included.

Highly recommend staying here when visiting Skopje. Perfect location, can reach all the main sites after a few minutes of walking. Many great restaurants and bars around this area as well. Staff were some amazing people. They were very helpful with directions and recommendations as well as accommodating any special requests while staying at the hotel. Breakfast and the rooms were some of the best I've seen while traveling. The gym is also a huge bonus, and it is very hard to find a decent gym. Everything was amazing, but the staff were the best of the best.

Good location, walking distance to the square. Bus stop is also close and easy to get to malls, main bus station etc. Room was spacious and clean. Toilet and shower were clean and ample. Breakfast is sufficient with enough variety. Staff are friendly and always welcoming with a smile. Very helpful. Overall a nice stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping was poor. Bed head was bit torn but didn’t bother us. Bed comfort is not great but not bad either- average. Room was not vacuumed and housekeeping was not really good

Breakfast was great, except for the coffee from the coffee machine. However, you can buy quality coffee at the bar. The location of it was ideal for going on day trips. Most of the hotel staff were friendly.

Room service was very limited. Basic things were not refilled regularly (tea, coffee, suger). The toilet paper provided was the thinnest I have ever seen/used in my life. The beds were warped in the middle. The noise upstairs above our room EVERY morning and evening for a good 30 minutes was really annoying. We couldn't use the bikes as promised one morning; one of the bikes needed to be pumped, but the hotel employee we spoke to wouldn't or couldn't help us, which was a disappointment.

This was a very clean and modern looking hotel located very close to the main sites to see. The most comfortable pillows I've ever had :) Breakfast is buffet style with many options including sweet treate.

Although my room was great, the location along the street would make for a rough start for someone wanting to sleep in.. there are many angry dinners honking constantly by 7am. The shower... I've seen this a lot recently, but although the water pressure and temp were great.. there was a huge open area making it very difficult not to soak the entire bathroom when showering. Only a minor inconvenience, but i just don't understand why they do this.
