Prime location (pedestrian street in the banking & embassy area, plenty of restaurants & supermarkets close by, literally minutes’ walking from the Central Square & Stone Bridge). Spacious & clean apartment. Secure access control. Decent Wi-Fi. Great water pressure & temperature in the shower (near-instant hot water). A dedicated luggage room is available, as is an elevator for reaching the uppermost 6th-floor level. Goran is a very accommodating host and responds quickly to any queries. I‘d gladly stay here again.

The Wi-Fi occasionally dropped but there are two networks available, so it was no issue to just jump over to the backup, if & when needed.

Goran is the most fantastic host & even let my friend & I check in early. The location is perfect for visiting the city, but a little set back so you don’t get the noise. It’s also perfectly placed for all the sights, restaurants and parks. Great air conditioning in the room, which was much appreciated as it was still quite hot. Nice addition to the rooms of either a sofa or chairs & tables plus a dressing table. Also power points besides the bed. The decor is really nice too, bright & fun, yet also a light & airy feel too - very relaxing. The internet connection is really good, great as i didn’t have phone data. Would definitely come back again.

The stay was too short.

The service from the guest service manager, Goran, was amazing. He reached out prior to my departure from home to ensure that I was taken care of prior to my arrival (including arranging my transportation), and his excellent service continued from then forward. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located 30 seconds from the main city square.

The hotel is contained within the whole building (only on select floors) so there was no main entrance reception area. Additionally, there was a different standard of cleanliness and safety (lighting) in common areas (namely the stairwell). There was an elevator so stairwell can be avoided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nine in Skopje and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the pedestrian zone which made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. One of the standout features is the secured parking, which provided peace of mind knowing my car was safe. The room itself was impressively large and modern, offering a comfortable and stylish environment to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

Hotel Nine occupies two floors in a business building, not real hotel with reception, lobby and bar.

I stayed two different days in my vacation. Both of rooms were very clean and cozy. Although i stayed in January rooms’s temperatures are high and i stayed comfortably. The hotel also have special parking area in front of the hotel. This is bery important because parking rules are very harsh in Skopje and you shouldn t parking your car public areas because trafic penalties begin from 1000 denar. Goran is very friendly and helpfully, warmly. He care about all things and can give lots of tips, suggests about the city. Thank you Osten Art Family and Goran!

We recently stayed at a this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly sweet, courteous, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel impeccably clean and maintained, Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the city center was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the area with ease. One of the most important aspects was that we felt extremely safe throughout our stay. We were so impressed with our experience that we would gladly return and stay here again. It was truly a delightful and secure experience from start to finish.

Small, very friendly, quiet, family-run hotel. The hotel manager Goran gave me an extremely friendly welcome and took a lot of time to explain the hotel, my room and the surrounding area and to give me a few tips. I had a spacious, clean room on the top floor with a new looking bathroom and good and stable wifi. The hotel is very centrally located; within walking distance are various good restaurants and bars as well as shopping facilities (supermarket about 3 minutes away). I would book here again at any time.

Situated at a perfect location, only 3 mins walking from the central square and plenty of nice bars and restaurants at a short walking distance. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated (I was in the Picasso room) and the bed had a very high quality mattress. I have regular lower back pain so I am picky when it comes to mattresses ;-). Check-in went smooth, the owner contacted me before on Whatsapp to make sure I would find the hotel easily and that someone would be present to handle my late check-in. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, everything was just perfect.

The location is perfect, with short walking distance to the historical area and also where locals hang out. The room was very clean. Internet connection was decent. There is a shared kitchen where you can use microwave and cutlery/plates. There was available tea and coffee to use. The owner was very friendly and even reached out to us before our arrival cause there were many delays in the airport. Before I booked, there were 3 negative things I saw on comments. 1- No reception for 24 hours. Well, the hotel is next to the Sweedish Embassy, and there are many more embassies around. If you are not a "Karen" from North America, you will feel safe. 2- I stayed in the hotel in late January, and heating with AC was enough. Didn't feel cold. 3- The lift is not the most modern and fast lift, but it was decent.

Goran was really nice and helpful, place was clean with a lift (super important). There is a salon downstairs with excellent prices for massages and other services so I recommend contacting them early since they book up. Location was close to the main square and it was quiet so we slept very well.

I wish I stayed on the other side of the river, the parking I got after leaving the hotel was very expensive (about 10 euros for 8 hours). We also ended up getting one bed although we booked two so I would double check availability next time
