We came here three times during our trip and stayed a total of 6 nights. The hotel is excellent. Beds are comfortable as well as pillows, staff are super friendly. Rooms are spacious. Really loved how accommodating they are. I would highly recommend staying here. Restaurant food is delicious. Breakfast is good too. Lots of shops nearly

Exchange rate as it was a lot less than in first night. fridge holder was flimsy, shower gel wasn’t replaced daily and they charge for ketchup/ mayonnaise

Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Good value for money. A good option for a few nights layover.

1. They say that they don’t accept cards. But when I insisted they said they did accept cards, but charged 3% over the bill. 2. I was not informed of this policy when I made the booking or I could make arrangements accordingly. It was a sour end to a lovely night.

Nice room, clean, big enough with lovely balcony. Plenty of hot water, shampoo, gel, towels. Chocolate is on the pillow (it was nice) Small souvenir shop is near the reception. Staff was friendly.

Towels are old enough. No air fun or aircondition, but heater in the room. The price is in euros not in Ariari. We had Ariari with us, so the exchange rate was 48 euros x 4200 Ar =201600 Ar. And no one showed us prices in Ariari as it should be. Not fair! We waited at restaurant for salad and main course more than 25 minutes. Food was good but not very tasty (zebu stewed and zebu tongue, chef's salads).

Good location. Clean. Bed is comfortable. Massage AMAZING and good value for money.

More water should be available, instead of just one bottle. Maybe can put aircon or a fan sometimes it gets hot at night. Food not too much of a variety and elsewhere is cheaper (royal palace for eg)

This was a second choice for us, but we only stayed one night and it was totally fine - just lacking some of the amenities like a pool that we'd had in other places. Still, clean and modern. Also one of the best gift shops we encountered.

We didn't realize it was without A/C, but it was cool enough outside that we could open the window and patio door.

Hotel is very modern and has everything you need, staff is attentive and professional. Very clean and European style!

Not a big issue but at the time of our stay there was street party going on till at least 2am. Also, our room did not have air con so was a bit hot for few hours.. Not an issue but hotel takes cash payments only at the time of our stay.

Very close location to several services and shops - Parking in front of the hotel - Friedly and Very helpful staff - Quick room delivery for diner - Hotel accompdated our early arrival (2 hours before the indicated time).

Internet connection was is bit slow at least in the room we were. Also, the selection for TV channels is a bit limited. No offering of slippers despite the room with floor tiles.

The hotel is really great: the staff is very professional - exceptionally clean and has a homy & comfy feel

the breakfast is ordinary and not many choices of food. The pastries are stale and hard.

Very price-worthy and excellent-standard hotel and restaurant with great food. Reliable wifi which is rare in Madagascar. Centrally located in Antsirabe.

Card machine was broken so had to pay cash and window in the room was left open so lots of mosquitos in my room.
