the location of the hotel is very strategic. 5 mins walk to Aman central a fairly big shopping mall. 10 mins walk to Alor Setar Tower. There is a kopitiam right opposite the hotel which serves a variety of hawker foods like roti canai, roti jala, lontong, wan tan mee, yong tau foo and many more. all halal.. don’t worry.

Location is strategic and easy access from the main road. Upon entering the premises, the staffs were very welcoming and accommodating. Good deal for the room size and they even offered us adjoining rooms for our group although i didn't put in any request. Hotel room is quite spacious and clean, beds are comfy and the air-conditioning unit is easy enough to control. Awesome view of the whole town and I can also see the Alor Setar Tower view from my room. Such a good place to rest after going through 8 hours of travelling, i'm sure to book again the next time i visit Kedah.

It's situated in a highly strategic location, within walking distance of Aman Central mall. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom is impeccably clean, and the air conditioning provides a pleasantly cool atmosphere

It would be greatly convenient if the hotel offered information about the latest Alor Setar tourism through brochures or on the TV selection. This would enhance our ability to explore the city effectively. Collaborating with Malaysia Tourism could be an excellent beginning

1) Strategic location at the centre of attraction : only walking distance to Alor Setar shopping Mall (Aman Central) & Alor Setar Tower, Masjid Zahir & also Kedah Royal Muzium 2) Ample Parking lots. 3) Nearby to many restaurants & massage center.

1) No elevator at the basement parking & the entrance/exit from the basement parking is quite steep & narrow (becareful if you are driving 7 seater vehicle). However, they got provide parking beside the hotel if you do not want to use the basement car park (only have to park under the hot sun lah 😅).

Spacious room for two adults. Comfortable. Location good. Walking distance to biggest shopping complex. A few nice restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very nice, gave professional service. No problem to allow us to check- in earlier. Breakfast is considered quite good judging from the hotel price paid. Ample parking inside hotel premise

Only give one sachet of coffee & one sachet tea for room with two guests. Suggest provide two coffee & two tea. The plastic judge kettle spill when we pour water. Suggest change a new one.

The location is pretty accessible to most of the local restaurant and the largest shopping mall in town. Staff were friendly and the housekeeping staff keeping their floor really clean. Kudos to Syahira that handling floor 5th, I missed to drop the review upon check out and hopefully this review helps with their performance review. Thank you so much for everything!

Breakfast selection and space are limited, but overall it’s valuable for the price per night.

New and modern. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Location is quite convenient to area attractions.

Underground garage can be tricky getting in/out and has limited capacity. Breakfast is lackluster. Can be noisy when there’s an in-house event.

Everything was superb. I was entertain by Ms Nina at the reception who was very friendly, helpful and nice. The room given was very comfy. It was really superb for me and my family. Will choose this hotel whenever we visit ALor Setar.

Although all the staff were friendly & helpful but there is one person (a Malay quite elderly guy, at reception) who, I think, should be sent for "customer service" course. He was rude & sarcastic with a customer beside me & me when asked him some questions.

Location and hotel facilities are superb..

Receptionist need to improve their service. 1) Need to more friendly to the guests. Not only chatting with their colleagues while the guests check in. 2) Our access card decline to enter the room. When we call the receptionist, they asked us to go down to the counter not once but twice. We are from level 6 up and down. 3) Imagine I should go down for 2 times but access card still cannot work. 4) Call them for the 3rd time, just their receptionist came to us to change the new card.
