Safe to say my expectation were exceeded. The rooms were refurbished. The room interior was nicely done. Even had wireless chargers for each side of the bed. Water pressure was excellent. There was iron and ironing board provided. Laundry bag were also provided. 2 of toohbrush sets and soaps. Body and hair shampoo 1 each. Two big towels and one small towel. 4 pieces of cotton buds. 2 extra pillows were given in the wardobe so there's 4 pillows overall. Windows were big so we had good daylight. Decent amount of tv channel. So overall is good value for money.

Fridge wasn't cool because the temp was set at 1 and water was seeping out. Adjusted the fridge temp but was still not cool for a while. Didn't check it the next morning because we forgotten all about it. We just make do because we were only sleeping there for 1 night.

Location: The hotel is located right at the northern edge of Batu Pahat town. Easy to find and one can access the hotel without the usual hassle of negotiating traffic jams within the city. There are a few durian stalls along the Batu Pahat - Yong Peng Road. They sell good durians at a fraction of the prices within the Klang Valley. It took me less than 15 minutes from the hotel to reach the durian vendors. There are a few good coffee shops in Batu Pahat town, easily accessible from the hotel. There are 2 good biryani outlets in Batu Pahat town. Both are only a few minutes from the hotel.

The room I occupied is big. I think another device 18" will make the room feels a lot roomier.

The bed was super comfortable and there were extra pillows. The blanket was comfortable too. The water pressure was strong and the hot water was up to temperature. Another plus point was the breakfast; where it was surprisingly good.

The television channels were a bit of a let down. There were limited breakfast choices but what they had, they did it very well. There was no elevator access to the parking space so luggage had to be hand carried up a flight of stairs.

The room was clean, and neat. Not too big or too small. Basic amenities like drinking water, toothbrush and others are provided. The breakfast was decent and food was adequate. Parking was easy as there was inhouse parking. The location is good and near to eateries. The airconditioning was good.My room had an excellent view of Batu Pahat. I had the sun set and sun rise into my room. That was great.

The water heater is either not working properly or bad. I had to take a cold bath at night. While the breakfast was adequate, perhaps the hotel could consider supplying salt and pepper on the table.

Room - the king bed can fit 3 people at most. I booked super deluxe room, it is spacious, my 2 toddlers each had their own space. I requested additional bed at RM60/night (including 1 towel, blanket, pillow and breakfast voucher) and the room can accommodate it without feeling congested. There is still plenty of space to move around. The extra bed comes in a foldable bed frame, it is comfy enough to sleep on it. This room has its own iron and ironing board. The room is clean. Toilet - the size is good, not too big nor too small. I like the layout, it makes everything within reach and keeping the floor dry. Cleanliness is good too. Breakfast - variety of food. There were nasi lemak, fried noodle, lontong, porridge, noodle soup, sausages, hash brown, scramble eggs, sandwiches, bread, salad, fruits, cereals, and kuih/cake. Beverages offered were juices, coffee, tea and water. I would say there is plenty of choices, worth the price I paid. Room service - greeted by cheery voice, plenty of menus to order from, it took less than 30 mins for the food (5 dishes) to arrive (maybe its because not peak hour time) Staff - friendly and accommodating. I requested for 2 key cards with no deposit paid (of course I returned both upon check out)

Toilet - slow and thin water flow from tap. crooked towel rack.

The facility is modern. There’s water dispenser in the lobby. Staff were also quick to respond and helpful.

It’s a non smoking hotel but we still smelled smoke during the night suddenly. Hotel staff verified and changed our room for us. The new room was ok and we had a good stay. Other than the smoke m, everything else was good.

Near to relative house. Good breakfast. Near convenient store and bank.

Sadly our 1st room 415 got aircond water leaked & dripping. The hotel swiftly decided to moved us to another same room different level. As courtesy, the hotel also gave another breakfast voucher to compensate us. Which is very nice and good. Thank you.

I like that they refurbished the interior however still keep a few old elements like the old tiles/mosaic. Very grateful that they let me check-in early and the food in surprisingly good + cheap.

Some of the sheets and pillow cover have holes in them and old stains. Perhaps can change to new one

Variety of food for breakfast and lunch was good. The room was comfortable and quiet. Clean too. Location a little far if you want to walk around looking for food.

For the price, I have no complaints. It works. We had a workshop there and it was comfortable for everyone.
