- spacious room - east accees and very clean hot spring pool - breakfast variety was good - quiete and peaceful - kids pool was very nice and clean

- number of electric socket in room - room key only provided one card. If gives 2 card better for access - road to resort was muddy due to construction ecrl. But nothing much can be done.

Overall I am satisfied, good staff, facilities and hotel rooms.

What needs to be improved is security at the pool. The hotel needs to monitor the games at the pool so that all room tenants feel safe... what happened to me was a hotel resident who brought a hard ball and played in a rough way, causing the ball to hit the visitors...

Good location. Near to KL. Roads not so good esp. At night. Can be dangerous. Ecrl constr. Along the roads. Room is a bit small for quad room. Hot spring pool is nice. The smaller hotpring pool is just too hot. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory & halal. Dinner need to order before 7pm. Coffee at breakfast is not hot! Wifi connection very weak. Overall, satisfactory and will recommend to friends and family.

We love the pools. Hot pool is nice and can stay up to 11pm. Kids pool also very good. My kids enjoyed playing there. Mee goreng during breakfast is superb! So so good!

The pool area is quite dark, there are only motion sensor light. Since there's not many people during our stay, it's really quiet at the hotel. There's some staining on the bed sheets.

Overall very good for short stay with family member. The pools & hot water are so nice. The staff very helpful with the enquiries.

Facing difficulties to find nearest restaurant for dinner. Distance to nearest restaurant more or less 20 minutes to reach plus the road condition very dark during night need to be extra carefully

The passageway from main building to the room block could have a covered passageway to keep from the rain..

The pool and hot spring is very nice, although the pool is quite shallow.

The breakfast can be improved. And everything almost finishes by 9am, and need to wait for refill. The corridor's cleanliness can be improved. When arriving at night, the 10 km road from the highway exit is very dark.

- Should have provided a mini market for guests to buy snacks/things! Too far to go out to the town at night. - Put warning signs that shoes & slipper need to be kept inside the room to prevent getting stolen by dogs and monkeys.

Incredible hot springs, extremely clean, very comfortable beds. An amazing place, already planning my next stay. Superb.

Lift broken; elderly parents climbing stairs.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi however, on the day of my check-in, staff called and informed me that the jacuzzi was not functioning. So I immediately changed to another room. I was charged fully for the jacuzzi room however, thanks to Mrs Nazirah, it was refundable and I paid for the new room only. The staff were amazing. Check-in was good. I have to wait a few minutes because the room was not ready but no biggies. the new room was cosy, 3 beds and fit us all, it was on the ground level, the hot shower was awesome, no need to wait long for hot water and water pressure was strong, I like it. There are 3 outdoor hot water pools, I prefer pool number 1 because it is super hot water, no worries, no scalding and it is bearable, I could swim in that pool. Pools 1 and 2 were clean, I can see the floor of the pool however pool number 3, the kiddy pool, well, I could swim in that pool but, I wish if the resort can clean the pool more. It was a bit slippery at the kiddy pool, at the entrance to that pool. Other than that, the hot water pools are amazing. This was the second time I was here. The kiddy pool was much better before.

I visited the public toilet near the restaurant, and it was not adequately cleaned. I didn't use that toilet. The food served was edible; thank you for the food, however... I wish that the mee kuning was washed correctly because I can smell the ammonium hydroxide (the preservative), not to worry, got nasi and fried flat noodles to eat, love the curry, by the way, cereals and bread with jams and kaya and butter, teas and coffees and fruits. I just wished that the kiddy pool be cleaner with clear water, hot water.
