Breakfast is superb

Waiting for long time for registration.

As many had mentioned, the service of the staff was fantastic, and they allowed early check-in at no charge if the room was ready before usucheck-in in time. It comes with free luggage holding service. The room was very spacious, smoke- and noise-free with a big window for a beautiful greenery view. Comfy for staycation.

Facilities are not well maintained if you plan to stay longer than 1 night. Limited choices for food (only 2 dine-in restaurants that are not value for money). The journey up the hill can be much more dangerous than Genting Highways as it was much steeper, fewer cars, and less lamppost with unclear lines on the road.

Truly love the services and guidance by the hotel staffs. They really cater our needs. The parking is also spacious and easy to access straight from the room you stay. I love the overall ambience and mood of this stay.

The room interior is quite outdated and there's not much of furniture in the living room. Really hope at least the hotel will provide some carpets in the room because the temperature is quite chilling especially at night. We really don't want to have cold feet. Also, there's only one chair provided at the dining table. I need to move the other chair in the bedroom myself to the living room.

My daughter got sting by a bee when we were walking along the walkway around the hotel before check in. Luckily the hotel provide in house doctor to treat my daughter. The bill was also inhouse. Thank you so much Berjaya Hotel. Will definitely come again later. Hope you guys improved the quality of the food.

Dinner on Saturday (BBQ) have a lots of menus. But unfortunately my clique had food poisoning. I'm so lucky because i did not ate the chickens wing. I suspect some of my clique who ate the chicken wing get the food poisoning.

The sheet and towels very old and not clean. The guy in reception when I did the check out told him that I forgot an item in my room and I asked him to return the card of the room to go and bring it and he refused and he said that you did check out. I told him that I am currently doing the check out, and he informed me that this is the policy of the hotel which I don’t understand how come a guest who is doing check out he want to go collect an item that he forgot you are saying it’s not allowed. This is very weird. To incident happen in the front of us from a monkey one he tried to attack a guest in Starbucks and the other monkey enter one of the guest room through the balcony, and then he went out after the guest to give him food . Also the food was not international or French

The surrounding was just amazing and breath taking. It was really a great e perience after spending a few days in the city of Kuala Lumpur and to immerse into nature. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food, of course, was of good standard. The room was as described while booking on Booking.com which was very nice.

The slight draw back would be the lack of maintenance and upgrading near the swimming pool. The pool in itself is very well situated but the changing rooms, the gym were in a very poor condition..very poor or non existing ventilation. The staff are doing the cleaning up of these facilities but it is the infratructure that need to be upgraded.

1) Buffet breakfast was a good variety of local and western mix. The restaurant staff worked efficiently to remove dirty plates and replenished the food when it was running low. 2) The two bedrooms suite was very spacious and comfortable.

1) Hand towels and floor mats were missing in the bathrooms and had to ask housekeeping to bring. 2) Limited choice of places to eat for dinner as there were only two restaurants other than the hotel restaurant which was serving bbq buffet.

I sent my parents who are in their 70’s and 80’s and my son who is 7, on a staycation together and Colmar couldn’t have been more wonderful! Casey, the reservations manager and I were in touch before and Casey was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure they had a fantastic trip. From the assistance from Mark and his team to ensuring they had a fun filled trip that was suitable for grandparents they couldn’t have done more! I am so grateful to the team at Colmar for everything they did. I highly recommend Colmar, and am so looking forward to visiting on my next trip. Highly recommended and exceptional customer service. We had a decent exeperience this time around. We asked for connecting rooms for our Superior Rooms and got them. Both facing the square and had a bathtub each. Breakfast for 2 for each room. The breakfast spread is okay for us. Bed was comfy. Free parking. Got hairdryer and amenities kit. It's not that cold here.

The overall place needs to be refurbished or just an upgrade. We were given a room at the Carmellia block 3. 1 lift wasn't working. Inside the lift just looks somewhat dirty with the dated wallpapers. And the smell. From the parking, to the lifts, to the main square itself. Smell of urine. Don't know if it's cats or what. Not that we saw any cats. The water needed to be run for a long time for to ensure the water is clear from rusts.
