Excellent services, very clean, lobby huge and very comfortable, all personnel that worked there are extremely helpful, including the security guard downstairs. They upgraded our room with not extra charge. The manager is also excellent.

Lack of space and furniture in the room, no desk or table,no chair,( upon request they provided one), we need to put our staff on the floor.

The windowless room, with twin beds, was so small it was difficult to move with two people in the room. To separate the two beds, one bed had been moved against the wall, blocking access to a powerpoint. There was very little space for luggage, barely enough for two small backpacks. Anyone travelling with a suitcase would have a problem.

The room was comfortable and decent size. Location is in the middle of most things to see in Georgetown.

We had to pay additional tax upon arrival which I feel should've been communicated on the booking website (it was only a small fee but still). Bathroom had some mould around the window but otherwise was fine. The fan in the room was really loud making it hard to sleep.

All facilities are usable, not much to complain, lot of mirror to snap on for OOTD setting. You won't starve yourself since it located very near to food court and mini mart.

Lack of table to put stuff on and don't have designated shoe area or giving disposable slippers.

I was clean and in a good area. A lot of places are within waking distance, parking was easy and accessible. Our room was cleaned daily.

The scent from the scent machine in the entrance and lobby was way too strong. It was giving us both a headache

almost everything is good, they got fan in the room! that was i like.

The room i got is too small. no window, no tv, not even a good study table. so i barely can't put much things out. The hairdryer also quite old and very smelly hopes to change that.

Everything. I even got a free room upgrade - single to double.

The power supply would trip a couple of times after I placed the key card (into the pocket by the entrance). Just need to adjust the card a bit.

Basic. Good water pressure.

No tooth brush but told they have such when enquired during check in. Had to go down to lobby again and purchase them at RM15 for a pack of toothpaste and toothbrush. Pillow too soft.

Room was clean and mattress was firm and comfortable. Great that there is a ceiling fan as well as aircond

Pillows were too soft and clumpy. A shelf or small table would be useful

All OK, all functional. Clean and convenient. AC plus overhead fan.

Tiny basic room, Japanese style, good for solo occupancy, not for double. No fridge. No chair, Only 2 power outlets. Noisy street Jl. Burma.
