Room was big, spacious and clean. The location is just few steps away from the new gurney walk. Convenient store is located right beside the hotel which is great.

The only down point was the soundproof is bad, I could hear my neighbor room conversation and even foot steps in the room. might due to is a connecting room. The Air-conditional was not cold. During my last stay in the suites room everything was perfect. Perhaps this particular room might need some special attention from the maintenance team to fix the issues.

Im so disappointed every night someone bagged my room door, regardless im staying still night is not my problem if the room is NOT SOUNDROFF, I came here to holiday, quality time with my family and have my right to stay late night as I want, not just for sleep at the room. Is not my problem as well if you allocated me at connecting room since im not requested as well. And Im celebrating Anniversary expected your hotel give me nice compliment like others hotel did but nothing. Since I informed on booking, I will be midnight check in and I consider have reward for late Check out and since beginning in my booking requested for late check out at 3pm waiting my flight but unfortunately 12: 30 they tell me to check out.!!!!! which is not fair for me and my family.

Overall is quite good! The hotel location was center of penang, very convenient! Staff were friendly and able to help on the problem. Will book again for the next trip in penang.

The light in room was quite dark. The light in room was warm and yellow. But my suggestion is if can pls add on white light or brighter color, cos sometime might need to work in hotel room.

The room came as a surprise for me. I wasn’t expecting it to be so big, with separate space for the bath tub and shower. It also comes with a massage chair, but i wasn’t a fan of those, so i’m not sure if its working or not. But overall the room is definitely a 10/10 and i will definitely be repeating this room. Worth every penny.

The room was spacious, clean and with comfy bed and pillows.Available car park and feel really safe eventhough we checkin during past midnight. The receptionist also really welcoming.

If possible you beed to add more lightings especially on the make up table area. The lights were quite dim.

Smooth check in/out.. Hotel facilities are good .. Easy parking .. Swimming pool roof top but need clean.. Seen reviews about aircon/water heat not ok, but my family room are all Good.. Breakfast was very satisfied! Buffet style and many variety!

Location very convenient to reach foods, cafe, beach, shopping malls and discovered many oldies building just walking distance 15 minutes from Vouk Hotel Suites.

The room air-con not cold enough, and hardly to get sleep during night time.

the room is actually bigger than i expected ! clean and comfy ! the location is strategic enough to travel around and also there is a phramacy next to the hotel if need some medicines or vitamins.

actually nothing i dont like , just during check in , the room i booked was with breakfast and the reception make a mistake and stated that is without breakfast . other than that all good.
