These the location most satisfied my stay so far in Penang area, and its price its reasonable for 3 family members to stayed in. I'm impressed and beautiful Boutique hotel stay; - cleanliness and the smell through out rooms. - very comfy mattress & pillow - fresh hot & cold shower. good water pressure supply. - beautiful light ambient - WIFI with Netflix available - each room with air-Cond facility with fan - keyless log with 2 tier safety. - double car park and more parking at outside - utensils well kept and clean. 5 STAR (10/10)

Instruction very simple to get in . Very comfy beds , 2 king bed . Very clean Bathroom the best so far , large shower with half glass door . Sink area big , lots of room to put my toiletry , beautiful view around . Not a kitchen , only with a electric cooking pad , has fridge

The family and I truly liked that our apartment did not have a shared lobby as you got off the lift, felt like home. Love the modern decors, fresh filtered water/cold/hot was the best (which you never get in any apartments), spacious living, bright natural light from all windows. Great location even for a first timer in Penang!

Every rooms had a personal ensuite which was great; unfortunately the master bedroom ensuite was a let down - it was so small and tight. Constantly bumping between vanity counter and door, not a great experience. All other ensuites were greatly sized.

We would have given 6 stars if we could. The apartment is the best we have stayed in so far - so clean and spacious! The layout is perfect - with ample room for everyone and each room comes with an attached bathroom! The apartment is also very well equipped - with everything we need for cooking and washing clothes (detergent etc). Perfect. The customer service team is also very responsive and acceded to each of our requests in a prompt and friendly manner. Fresh towels are delivered on request and cleaning once in every 2 days. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Penang!

The dryer function can only dry 5 pieces of clothing each time.

The apartment which is Unit 1 is extremely spacious, clean and serene, well suitable for a family of five. Upon checking in, one feels like walking into a well planned home with thought given to a water dispenser and a full size fridge for storing perishable items. One can also watch Netflix or Youtube on the TV provided. There is also a washing machine/dryer, a vacuum and an ironing board within. In each attached bathroom there are enough hooks for hanging towels with a hairdryer ready for use. However, kudos must be given to Kelly for her efficiency in dealing with all our questions, before and during our stay. Being at Codrington House was certainly one of the highlights of our trip!

Luxurious, spacious, nicely decorated and warming, it is a very tasteful homestay! The best thing is that there is only one homestay on each floor which is safe and convenient. Besides, the water pressure was strong and the water closet was as clean as new. The kitchenware is well stocked and clean, there are also branded water dispensers available. It is in a quiet location in the bustling city. There are many kopitiam nearby serving delicious Penang foods. There is a morning market every morning which is very lively and it is also convenient to call a grab car services. At last, I would like to thank the hosts for being so friendly and flexible, which make our trip very convenient!

I wanted to find something I was not satisfied with, but I couldn't think of it hahaa..

The apartment's condition is as per the photos posted on booking.com, showing that the apartment is clean & spacious with good facilities. The apartment has fridge, water dispenser, plates, cups, cutleries, etc, & the location is good with local food available within walking distance, so can buy the food back to apartment to eat. It also has a washing machine cum dryer with washing detergent provided, which is good to wash some clothing, so no need to pack too much clothing. The one bedroom apartment is on the top floor, so it provides a good view of the vicinity.

The floor tiles in the bathroom shower area are a bit slippery, would be good if there are some handles/bars to hold on to. Other than this, no other comment as the accommodation is really good in most/all other aspects.

Strategic location - The apartment is located at just 15m away from town centre, as long as you have a car to travel it’s not an issue. Even food delivery can locate the place without any issues, definitely a plus point. Unit - Exactly the same as shown by host. The unit is very clean. Not even single hair on the floor, and no water stains or fingerprints on the windows and bathroom mirrors. They even provide laundry rack which is very convenient for long stays. There are also umbrellas available at the lobby before you leave the apartment. Very thoughtful host. Host - Friendly and helpful team.

Facility - Would be perfect if there is gym room available in the apartment. We went for morning jog on the street but there were too many cars on the road.

We hv booked two units in Codrington Hse for 11 paxs (one unit of 3 bedrooms with each room attached toilets and one bedroom unit) and stay for 5 nites. The apartment is very clean, neat and the theme of the interior decor of apartment is very modern and spacious, facilities provisions is good for family. The apartment is very convenient and in good location, very near to many good eating places and supermarket abt 5min to 10min walk (hawker food at nite, coffee shop with variety of penang foods, nonya food cafe, fruit store, dessert stores, coffeebean, supermarket). If driving, it has designated parking lots into the building boundary. They also hv daily services (change towels, disposal of trash etc). There is also water dispenser (hot, cold and room temperature), this really save our trouble to buy mineral water and money. And the leasing of the apartments are very cost effective for family. Glad to find this apartment, will return if come back to penang again. Will surely recommend friends or family visiting penang.

Nothing as everything is good.

Property is within walking distance to various eateries (hawker, restaurants, etc) and also a morning wet market. Each bedroom also come with its own en suite bathroom. The apartment comes with most of the travel essentials; filtered water dispenser, dryer and washer, ironing, etc. Also, two car park bays per apartment/unit is handy (especially in Penang).

The elevator door close faster than usual, those with disabilities/elderly need to be more careful when using the elevator.
