The room was very spacious and modern. The view from floor 28 was great! The location is good and quiet. Parking in the hotel garage was smooth. The dinner at the restaurant was great: tasty food and affordable prices.

The staff members did not feel very interested in their job. They did what they should, but without a smile or that extra warmth that makes you feel welcome. The breakfast was sub-par with just a quality that just passed the decency level.

The swimming pool is big & breakfast choices were decent. Room service was decent. Quite clean & comfortable. Parking is accessible. Hot water works. Breakfast place is comfy.

Check in could have been done on time & more properly as one of our rooms were given dirty. One of the toilet has a sewage smell so we just used the other not really a big issue. Room service mixed up our order.

The room is pretty basic, clean and no unpleasant smell. Swimming pool is big and clean. Breakfast is ok, decent choices, but the coffee is warm to room temperature. The hotel is just 7 minutes away from Southampton University.

The parking area is quite dark at night and pretty scary if you are alone. The coffee machine at at breakfast area was on maintenance and the coffee provided are warm to room temperature. Hotel management could have prepare a better and visible signage to prepare future guests to take the sharp turn towards the entrance of the hotel from the main road.

The breakfast buffet spread was adequate. The 2-bedroom apartment was good with spacious living area. The biggest plus point for this hotel was the swimming pool which was quite big, with separate kids pool. However, the swimming pool was closed at 7pm which was very disappointing. The ala-carte dinner at the restaurant had very limited choices as it was during hari raya and many dishes were not available. It was very convenient to stay in this hotel to go to Legoland as it was very near. The price of the apartment was reasonable considering it was during peak season hari raya day.

The front counter staff was not very friendly. The free shuttle bus between the Hotel and Legoland was not available anymore.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread was good with reasonable variety: Nasi Lemak, Noodles (sop and dry), egg station, sausages, hasbrowns, the chicken rendang was nice. breads and danish, salad, cereal. ok la.. good variety. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. WIFI VERY VERY GOOD! I did a 3 hour zoom meeting without any lagging and disruption to the wifi. (the meeting was 10 am to 1pm on a saturday). Carpark is secure and safe and constantly patrolled.

The waiting for the lifts need to be patient especially during peak period such as Breakfast and Checkout time. Vehicle entrance to the carpark is very narrow, need to be careful, that's all.

The location is strategic, near to Legoland. Easily accessible from lobby to carpark. Room was clean and comfortable. So far, all staffs are friendly except for one ( see feedback )

1. Room 52906 do not have wifi connection ( IP address not found ). Mentioned to front desk staff but the wifi connection is still the same until we checked out. 2. A very displeasing experience with a security guard, who mended the Towel area ( on Tuesday, 14 June 2022 around 7pm ). We came in a group of 5 ( 4 adults + 1 child ) for a swim, so I asked for 5 towels but was denied ( given only 3 ) to wipe ourselves dry. Are we supposed to share towels then? Even the room that we paid for fits 4 pax. So inconsiderate!

Friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable bed, clean room. Awesome wifi!!! I conducted a 3 hour zoom meeting from the room with no disruption with the wifi. Secure and safe carpark. Good variety of breakfast.

The lift a bit slow and may need to wait for awhile during peak periods such as breakfast time (0800 to 1000) and during check out time (1100 to 1230). It is understandable and we just wait patiently. The carpark vehicle entrance is narrow. Not an issue but just need to be careful. Requested for a surprise bday deco for the room, the hotel state it was free and they will assign housekeeping to do it but nothing was done. It is ok since it was free and complimentary.

The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great, it was easy to get a towel and it was a nice temperature. The room was very spacious, especially for one and I had everything I needed. Great location if working at LEGOLAND (5 - 10 min walk to the staff entrance).

Not being able to get food past 8pm was unhelpful, the pizza I had as takeaway was horrible (not even sure I could call it pizza). There are also no shops or restaurants within walking distance open after 8pm. The staff at reception could have given a bit more information, for example the location of breakfast, nearby facilities etc. The mattress was a little bit too hard for me but was ok. The air con switches off if you leave the room so you often come back to a very hot room.

The price and the suite is awesome value. Distance to Legoland, Mall of Medini and Anjung Neighbourhood Centre is approx. 5 to 10min drive away only. Breakfast tasty although could add more options such as roti canai for kids?

One of the bidet spray is missing in our room (level 28 room 6). Entrance from main road to hotel entrance needs to be better lit; quite dark. Some TV channels eg TV3 has bad connection signal; unable to watch.

Good breakfast spread. Housekeepers did a good job, they even put back nicely where i left my things.

Everything was good about the hotel, though the 2nd room was a little stuffy. We stayed 2 nights at the Premier Room, my son accidentally broke the bathroom glass cup. We informed the hotel during check out and though we expected to pay, but somehow still feel disappointed that they actually charged us for it. It would have given customer a real feel good feeling if they omit that small charge.
