Staying at the hotel gave convenient access to the theme parks especially with armed an annual pass. Rooms are designed with kids in mind, spacious bunk bed that can accommodate 3, and with little sink and adult sink, kids bedroom slippers and bathrobes.. Good amenities as well.

Food was limited within the resort. The italian restaurant looks so lacking in ambience and menu was uninspiring.

This is a kid’s haven. Need minimum 2 full days to see the Theme park, Waterpark and Sea life aquarium because the park closes at 6 PM and the last entry at 5 PM. The hotel is super convenient but overpriced. It is not worth it when the park closes at 5 PM.

If we have known the theme park closes at 6 PM we would not have stayed at the Legoland hotel. There is nothing to do after 6 PM near the hotel unless you drive to JB. Then might as well not stay at the Legoland hotel.

This hotel is massive and obviously well-decked out with Lego building stations, movies and other activities for the kids - you can spend a whole day in just the hotel without getting bored! The rooms are comfortable, and set up perfectly for families with small kids - extra sink in the bathroom at kids level was a nice touch, as was the free mini lego sets! I have to say the best part about staying at the hotel was the close proximity to the Theme park and water park - you literally walk out the door and you're there, and it seems the guards are a bit more lenient towards guests about bringing outside food and snacks in. Overall we enjoyed the hotel more than we thought we would and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Everything was good although the hotel and restaurant can get really crowded.

We encountered a couple of cockroaches and ants in our room! Other than that all is good!

It is right at the door of the Legoland Theme Park. The Lego toy surprise to crack the code of the 'safe' is a small pleasant surprise for the kids. The bunk bed is in a separate 'room', it is fun for the kids and peace for the parents.

The Kingdom room looks a bit tired,.though generally clean. Not able to adjust the room air con temp well, e.g I set as 24 degrees, but it keeps deciding to go colder than 24. The room is freezing. The buffet breakfast is crazily busy and crowded.

the one thing that could be improved is the availability of iron and iron board. when we booked the hotel, it was mentioned in the provided facilities that there will be a set of iron board. but unfortunately , our room has no iron and iron board where we need to make a call and wait for our turn to use the iron. it is so inconvenient especially when we are in rush but has to wait for the iron to prepare our clothes. please provide a set of iron and iron board as essential item in each room.

The whole experience over at Legoland was beyond awesome. From the hotel stay, to breakfast team, in-house dining, management team, security team, front office and reception and housekeeping team. The room, perfect for family. We enjoyed our stay. There was toys in house with clues and games, definitely a way to keep the children occupied! As for our breakfast, Sue, Alfean and their team did a meticulous and wonderful job. She did extremely well to ensure the place are clean, customers get to experience perfect dining experience. Your staff went beyond to give us a good experience, example, taking baby cutleries for my children. Your staffs ensure customers get a seat for breakfast fast, absolutely no delay. The food served was yummy too, definitely a cherry on top of all of these experiences! Housekeeping team was fast to ensure our rooms are clean and ready, right after our breakfast. We were so happy and glad. They top up the toiletries as well! The people on ground - reception and front offices are very kind. They helped with our luggages when we arrived and placed them on the luggage room without hassle. Reception was helpful whenever we enquire with them. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely return back to experience all of these again. We are truly happy and satisfied. Thank you for providing a tip top service to all of your customers. We appreciate, truly.

Nothing, everything was exceptional!

i love the room! we booked Kingdom Room, it was nicely decorated to suite its theme and the kids love the legos provided in the room! the lobby was fun too! kids had great times running here and there and playing with pools of lego there. The food was nice and variety, the restaurant ambience was also cute with all the lego characters.

The souvenirs were pricey, a small keychain cost RM40 :-( Toilet cubicles at lobby area should provide more water hose (muslim visitors needs that!) check in & check out time should rearrange to 3pm - 12pm compared to 4pm - 11am now.
