The hotel room is spacious and I like the room as the bed is comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good. The room comes with coffee making facility. The hotel also provide safe deposit box in the room. The water pressure is very good. To me water pressure is very important. Also the hotel is a walking distance from a mamak bistro nearby. It is also within 5 minutes drive from the hotel to Paradigm Mall JB. If you take a Grab car to the mall, its only RM5 for the Grab car. Peaceful area. Parking is easily available but you have to pay to the local council which is very reasonable. I recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, provided basic needs for a short getaway. Near to Paradigm Mall. Water for showering is strong and toilet is clean. Lobby is bright. There's a very nice taiwanese restaurant pin yi feng (visited 2x during our trip, the carrot cake is special, food is yummy), a popular Indian/Malay shophouse (we didnt try but saw it s quite popular & it has a very big outdoor TV to watch football at night), a mini convenient store at the building nearby. Overall a good experience for us

Toilet floor is a bit slippery type, not a concern for us but need to be careful when using the toilet..

They have rooms with 2 Queen Beds to accompany a family of 4. Room is clean and acceptable.

For a 4 person room, they should be more hanging utilities around the room. Only 2 external hangers in the room. 1 knob hanger in the Toilet. 1 small chair (with stains). No room at all to hang 4 wet bath towels. Hot and Cold water in the shower come on and off. Irregular water pressure.

The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Location is good and the rooms are comfortable.

There were no fridge to keep our beverages cold

Reasonable price and a very good location, just walk around outside the hotel has many restaurants. Our 2nd stay here as the kids love to go to paradigm mall and ice skate. This place is perfect in our budget and staffs were polite and helpful, not to mention it’s also clean and comfy stay. I recommend this place for a budget friendly stay with comfy😊

Aircon was spoilt for one of rooms but we have managed to change to another room. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bedsheets have a few stains but are washed. Shower pressure is satisfactory. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Overall, it is okay for short stays as it is near the paradigm mall.

A dirty cup with coffee residue was found in the other room. The water basin was also leaking water onto the floor.

1. Online room price VS condition of the room provided. Value for money. 2. Shower with excellent water pressure. Including hot water. 3. Comfortable 2 queen beds with 2 pillows for each of us. 4. Very clean and soundproof. 5. Got Mamak Restaurant within walking distance for breakfast & late meal.

1. They use a removal slide partition to cover the bathroom/toilet. Open concept bathroom/toilet is not so suitable for the family. But again this is a Business Hotel and not really for the family. So don't complain. 2. Parking availability now is getting better but I'm ok since still within walking distance.

Everything was good very comfortable..clean and smell good have iron in the room so no need to go out to iron..the staff was friendly. Near to paradigm mall

Responsive male receptionist. Female receptionist fairly responsive as I walk to the counter both were unoccupied, I'm actually nearer to the female receptionist but the other male receptionist greet and response to me 1st. 2nd encountered: during check out, there were nobody at the counter in the morning, waited some time only 1 female receptionist came out. Comfortable room to stay. Room service was great. Except bathroom rubber edge mould not clean.

Location was near to the sutera mall and paradigm mall for traveller with transport. For traveller without transport u hardly can find any convenient shop or restaurant nearby with walking distance except 1 nasi kandar shop.

Quiet, the room layout is great. Room ia very clean. Bed is very comfy. Eateries near by. Sufficient parking. Ease accessibility to NSE.

The ground floor wall is already showing signs paint peeling. Hope the management will do some touch up. It is important for firts impression.
