The hotel is well connected to Paradigm Mall, there is a side door next to the TWG store. The gym equipment is of good quality and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the table and chair in the room can get serious work done. Thoughtful design in their power points and USB ports in the room. The bath soap, shampoo and conditioner smell great!

The elevators are slow, the breakfast place is rather chaotic, but the staff are trying their best. They may need to spread out the food and drinks a bit more, so everyone don't have to crowd around the few hot spots.

The staff at the reception were outstanding. It is connected to paradigm mall which has many shops. Oriental kopi is opening soon. This hotel in general gives off a much more welcoming vibe than st giles. The staff makes a huge difference.

The concierge is at 7th floor which means that we have to go there if we need to check something with the staff. And then we have to go to ground floor to go out of the hotel. It is like a 2 step process. What made it more exasperating was the 3 lifts that were serving the whole hotel. Somewhat, the lifts were always crowded and we had to always wait. So at peak hours like breakfast and check out, the lifts were packed!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a shopping center, easily accessible by simply exiting the lift to the ground floor. It’s also very convenient for getting in and out with Ubers/Grabs. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, and the swimming pool is very kid-friendly, which was a big plus.

My stay was overall comfortable, but I noticed a couple of small issues. The room temperature seemed to be centrally controlled, as it didn’t change much even after I adjusted the thermostat. Additionally, the fridge didn’t get quite cold, which was a bit inconvenient for me as I was traveling with a toddler and needed to store food properly. These were minor inconveniences and may not be a concern for every guest, but they stood out during my stay. Otherwise, the hotel offered a pleasant experience.

It's very convenient if you have small kids as it is connected to the mall. The pool is clean and great for kids too. The room is spacious and the sofa bed is really helpful since we have 5pax. Not much TV channel for kids but it's good that they have casting options. Friendly hotel staff and not forgetting the Security at level G taking care of the Hyatt counter. They are always eager to help. There's a place to keep your trolley/bags even after your checkout. Got a complimentary cake for our birthday and anniversary.

Breakfast is ok but could have been better. The room service is too slow. we went out in the morning and came back late afternoon still not done. The same goes for the next day and we have to call them. The pillow smells bad. There's no sun umbrella in front of the kids pool. It will be great if you can place it there so we can watch over the kids while sitting there. One switch controls all the room light, so it's either we sleep in the dark or bright room.

great location. car parking provided, great rooms. good and clean facilities.

the breakfast was a let down. the selection was poor. food quality dismal.. bee hoon was lumpy. nasi lemak rice not fragrant and worse soggy... eggs station couldnt get proper omelettes/scrambled eggs done.. .. and the sausages are cheap frozen/canned ones..there is not even fried chicken/fish a staple with nasi lemak or decent meat servings... the beef balls tastes processed... for rm 50 per pax @promotional rates, you are better off going to oriental cafe at level 1 in the shopping mall ..myr 19.90 for their best ricei set or starbucks. this is something that hyatt should better delivered..

Convenient location, cleanliness and comfortable beds.

Aircon does not work. It’s not cold enough. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Extra bed that we paid for is actually the sofa which is shorter than a regular bed, hard and uncomfortable. It’s not a sofa bed, it’s just the sofa seats itself. Room was noisy even though we stayed on a high floor. Woken up by ambulance sirens every night we were here. Breakfast buffet food were cold, eg porridge, fried noodles, etc. Staff aplenty, busy in their respective tasks but basic things like keeping the food warm was so poorly carried out.

The room feels fresh and modern, with everything still in excellent condition, making for a comfortable stay. The staff have been incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities—they are well-maintained and offer a great space to unwind and stay active during my visit.

After housekeeping cleaned my room, they forgot to properly close the door. When I returned, I found the door slightly ajar, which is concerning for security and privacy reasons. While I appreciate the service, attention to detail in ensuring the room is secure after cleaning is essential.

We did not order breakfast, so cannot comment on that. We stayed at level 19 which is a good view and the daily cleanilness was good and meets our expectations. Towels were changed everyday and toiletries were topped up daily as well! Overall, they stay was very comfortable.

The only negative thing was the lift was a bit slow especially during peak hours and we need to wait quite a while and the capacity of each lift was limited. Also, the location of the place may have a jam when coming back from other places as there is only one way into the hotel.

The decor. I love how it's carpeted and very clean. Toiletries were premium quality. Towels and bedding were spotless. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, electric kettle, usb plugs were available! The front desk at checking in and checking out were very helpful and so friendly! The personnel who was at the hotel lobby directed and helped me with my hubby who's on wheelchair without being asked. Such a gentleman.

My only peeve and this is not the fault of the hotel was how I need to drive up the steep slope to the carpark (and me being afraid of heights LOL) and the part where only a small entry at steep angle to enter the hotel's allotted carparks. One night I was traumatised when the car Infront of ours decided to reverse! At steep angle! And I have a car a few inches behind me! Nearly had my heart pumped out of my mouth. Can we park and get the rebated carpark rate if we park at the shopping centre's area? I will definitely come again. Give complimentary carpark la...

Love the proximity with Paradigm Mall. Super convenient for a family setup. Able to shop easily. Location was also good for Grab drivers. Housekeeping was quick and very service oriented.

On the first night, the fire alarm was activated for a prolonged period of time. There were no announcements whatsoever. My whole family rushed out and had to climb down 13 long storeys down and my wife hurt her knees. Upon arriving at the groundfloor, there were no staff looking out for us. When they did, all they assured us was, "We are checking it out." In the end, it was just casually mentioned that it was a false alarm from the mall. Very poor operational management and procedures. The water heater in the room was also not regulated very well. The remote controller for the television did not work. Had to manually operate.
