Clean and spacious room, good breakfast, shops nearby. Free drinks in lobby and friendly staff. Overall I liked this place a lot. Good value for money and nothing major worth complaining about. Security is active at night, so it's safe as well.

Nothing major. Rooms could use streaming services like Netflix since there was big TV, but in the end I haven't used it at all since there were only local channels. Location of hotel is a bit far from center of Johor, so you need transport. Also beware of KFC in front of hotel, it gave me food poisoning unfortunately.

I love the AMAZING hotel staffs, they were always smiley. From the reception ,the housekeeper, the breakfast staffs. They are just amazing. And they are very prompt on my request and enquiry.. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! Cleanliness n facilities was amazing!!

The iron board is not proper. Can be better. We did request for extra service, but we are shocked to see a lady send the items to us at night alone. For safety reasons maybe best to send a man or at least 2 staff if it's a female.

- Car park validate. So you have free parking if you stay here. - I book for 4pax per room. Size is big and comfortable. - Breakfast is nice. - Staffs are friendly.

- Shower head is broken but still can use. - Small towel only 2. Not enough for 4 persons. - Toothbrush also 2 sets only. Not enough for 4 persons.

The food was very good. Lots of varieties to choose from. The room too was within my expectation.

Air-conditioner in the original room assigned to me wasn’t cool enoigh but after informing the staff about it, they checked and got me a different room. Problem solved. The air-cond in the new room worked very well.

Is near to every shoplot with food. Beside regency specialist hospital. Fastfood cafe nearby. Easy parking.

Neighbour closing door just like smash door. The whole day just the 2 family was so rude. Keep on n off the door bang the door. Talking loud in the midnight. Breakfast can be better need more improve.

Limited parking, only one pillow provided for per pax (preferably two would be better), installing a bidet next to the toilet would be much helpful.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the Reservation Staff at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall at D Elegance Grand Bandar Seri Alam.

We need the key to use the elevator and in the room. But they only give 1 key per room. whenever I want to get things from the car, my friends will be in the room, dark and without electricity. please provide 2 keys for future customers or remove the need for key in the elevator

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Splendid view as well from the glass window. Breakfast selection was a variety of food which makes it convenient for anyone to choose from. The cafes are a walking distance therefore location wise, it’s the best!
