The cleanliness of the hotel, very friendly and customer focused helpful staff and the breakfast spread

Nothing really except that I feell the room service menu should have a larger spread

Room was corner unit overlooking Klang city and was lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was with good water pressure. Toilet was clean and orderly. Room was quiet and located away from the alleyway. Bed was comfortable and I slept like a log.

Room lighting was inadequate. Air conditioning was noisy; you could hear the fan blowing. Shower head fell off when I was using it and nearly missed my head - so instead I use the ceiling deluge thing. Breakfast was crowded and I did not like the way the tables and seats are arranged - difficult to move in and out. Food was OK and the spread was great - but can be a bit boring after staying there long.

The breakfast hall is a masterpiece of lighting and decor, creating an ambiance that elevates the dining experience to a truly memorable level. The convenience of valet parking adds a touch of opulence and ease to our stay.

Upon arrival during the check-in process, we noticed that the lobby lights were not switched on, creating a rather dim ambiance. However, it was truly remarkable to witness the transformation of the lobby in the evening when they bathed it in warm, inviting light, unveiling its true grandeur and charm. The lobby truly comes to life, revealing its greatness and providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Already check in but towel not ready yet

I spent seven weeks in this hotel and totally enjoyed my stay.The staff were always available to assist in any matter. They were friendly and professional, (thanks to Pitchi for transportation assistance and TY for her knowledge of local areas of interest and cultural information). This is an excellent facility with large comfortable rooms available and a very big, clean swimming pool. The WIFI is fast and never had any issues with it. Breakfast is amazing with plenty to eat and whatever food choices you may desire. Restaurants open all day (try the mushroom soup). Area is safe to walk about at night. Grab and Taxi is readily available.

surprised the hotel has been in operation for five years now. everything is clean and perfect. bedroom is good nothing to complain and we slept well. The receptionists are great, and helpful. Did not use much of the facilities or restaurants as we were in klang for a wedding feast. Good location and a breeze from KL. would stay again in the future. thanks

the traffic flow. will be better to allow the cars to go right into the basement car parks instead of must circulate via the main entrance. The road leading from hotel to taman berkeley is in very poor condition giving the hotel a bad image.

good customer service

just management need check on room housekeeping service, 1 stay 2 days , but do thing the 1/2 bottle shower gel its enough, my question why only 1/2 bottle(10 ml ) . Then the iron box never keep back , i just leave out side after use, but after come back night time time still iron box at same place Please check , something its wrong, total hose keeping service its poor

Stayed here twice. I think the first was in 613 The second time was in 1311 which was comfortable in every way. The only thing missing was the laundry bag. Not to worry about it. Just a slight overlook. I didn't need it anyway. Your staff were excellent in every way. Especially at the check-in counter. One thing you might need to check out is can't seem to get anyone to pick up the phone most of the time Wyndham Acmar is gonna be the hotel for me each time I get to Klang. Thumbs up 👍

The room was very large, modern, comfortable and clean. There was a large underground carpark which I was able to use with no charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a very tasty meal at the bar/restaurant and the staff there were also excellent. The hotel had an outdoor pool which was good to use and an attached gym.

The hotel itself was excellent and the only drawback was the location, which is not the fault of the hotel.
