Good location. There's halal foodcourt nearby - easily accessed by walking. There's gadget shop/gadget accessories few lots away, open till 1030pm. Free parking zone allocated for hotel guests. Lift & water dispenser machine is available.

Family Room - 4 pax ( is a bit small for us). Need to cramp at the small corner infront of the mini table to perform solat.

Shower was good and location was convenient to the eateries and street mural arts. Lift was quite fast. Great value for money.

The bottom of toilet bowl has signs of cracks and repair. Not sure when it'll give way and hurt someone. Limited parking for hotel guests (only 2).

The location and facilities were great and also delicious variety of food was easy to find nearby the hotel. The best thing I like was Talula Hill Farm which was recommended by the friendly hotel receptionist as a tourist attraction.

It would be really great if the hotel could provide an additional seat in the hotel room especially for family room.

Quite a comfort place to stay as room is clean and basic necessities are available and car park is designated at the front of the hotel. On top of that location is great and most of the tradional food can get nearby by walking distance.

Nothing much to highlight maybe just wish water dispenser can be available for every floor.

Walking distance to ktm gemas and famous kluang railcoffee. Surrounding by many eateries, Banks, Watson etc

Clean and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Hot water in the bathroom is amazing! No window, no sunlight, able to have an amazing sleep through the night and day without any disturbances!! TV channel (majorly from Malaysian channel and Singaporean MediaCorp) Accomodating staffs when we requested help to get the flies out of the room. Strong WiFi. Free parking ( talk to the receptionist)

No floor towel to wipe your feet. The three persistent flies in the room, (plus a windowless room) :( we had hard time getting it out, also with the help of the staffs. Not recommended for ppl with claustrophobic.

I was amaze by your receptionist Miss Chitra. She is very pleasant, courteous and helpful. You should proud having such a wonderful employee. The location of your hotel very strategic as it located in the middle of town as well easy to access only waking distance to find food. Looking forward to stay here again.

Limited parking as first come first basis. Should have ample parking space or give a coupon to avoid summon.

Everything was clean I'm very satisfied with the service.
