The room was clean and cooling. There were enough clothes hangers for us to hang our clothes. Also, the room was well-renovated and beautiful. Lastly, the staff were extremely responsive and polite. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

The toilet flush was weak and slow. The shower drainage seemed to be choked and the bathroom would be flooded after a shower. The tap felt a little loose and it can be a little difficult to turn on the tap. Also, the bed and blanket trap heat well so it can get hot after a while with the blanket. The bedding would be more suitable for a cooler country. Lastly, the apartment is on the third floor if you count the ground floor as the first floor. You will need to take the stairs to get to the apartment.

This is one of the best apartments we have ever been in... I think they are by far the apartment with the best amenities in the room... They gave everything a thought... We had everything i mean EVERYTHING, down to nail file... Great job guys! Definitely coming back! Oh haven't mentioned the support team that puts you on a WhatsApp thread and is very attentive to your needs. I mean everything about this place is gold... If you don't mind the stairs, book this place!

Nothing! The stairs might have been a thing, but after having all that food everyday, going up that stairs wouldn't hurt 😅😅

Extremely luxurious for a reasonable price. Good location, especially during the Ramadan market which is right on the street. Everything within distance. There is a fridge and kettle, and really nice soap:) Smart automatic curtains and a working big tv with English movie channel and natgeo. Very bright and clean. Very professional personnel. The hotel is pretty new and small, and they really make an effort to accommodate their guests needs. Ended up staying for more than a week… we loved our stay, and came back and stayed again upon return from Sepilok.

I had high expecations but wow. Fantastic service. I was given my own whatsapp what where this place provided me with all the info I would need without even asking for it. Instant response and even good morning texts with tips about everything made this visit very comfortable. The room was extremly clean and the quality was amazing. I have never experienced anything so priceworthy ever, a lot of value for your money spent. The room also had everything you might need like soap, water, coffea, tea and so on. Great shower and the bed was amazing. The place also felt very safe even though it was situated in a dirty building.

I had just climbed Mt Kinabalu so my legs cried for help when there was no elevator, only stairs.

Amazing! Beautiful spacious clean modern rooms, really comfortable beds! The staff were unbelievably helpful, they take customer service to a whole new level! It was so convenient being able to contact them on WhatsApp and they always replied so quickly! There were so many nice touches including a phone battery power pack in the room, face masks, hand sanitiser bottles etc little extras that were really appreciated! They also helped me with my laundry which was really appreciated after several days in the jungle! And also provided really helpful information including how I could get to Kundasang. Thank you and I really hope to come back one day! :)

Don't trust the impression you get from the surrounding. With very budget friendly, you can get like a luxury feel hotel. The socket & switch are high tech. The interior design really satisfying, really clean, love the comfy bed so much. Can't believe I wouldn't want to wake up because of the bed. They provide you with kettle, toiletries, tea, coffee, cup. Very recommended! Hope the host can maintain the service like this.

No complaint to be honest.

The place is amazing! There is super clean and you have in the room everything which you need (water, toiletries, hairdryer, desinfaction items, towels, tea, coffee etc.) Location is in city centre, very close to jetty and Filipino Market. The staff is amazing. They send very detailed tips via WhatsApp and you can ask what you need. The best stay during whole holiday in Malaysia.

Tiada lift, tapi untuk saya is ok, naik tangga satu level ok la backpacker mah. - though they will offer you prior checking in whether need help to carry your luggage(s) (if have) 👍

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great. There is a Muslim bazaar right outside the building with delicious food for sale. A 24 hour laundromat, the waterfront markets, and the Welcome 100% seafood restaurant are also close.

We were ok with it but the rooms up two sets of stairs, so take this into consideration if you have mobility issues.

I was given my own WhatsApp group chat for my stay and the hosts always responded instantly to any queries. There was so much attention to little details like asking me about how I was finding my stay, however what really impressed me was a simple message out of the blue explaining which channels I could find the World Cup final on. The room was very comfortable and the A/C was fantastic. Access in and out the property is very easy and you are in the heart of everything.
