Amenities are great. They provide exceptional service and communication is top notch, the best I have encountered. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The lightings are switch on by touch. The Grab service would drop off sort of behind. That area in the morning is not accessible because of a myr$4 charge to enter for cars. Just walk to Takaful for pick up. At night, the boom gate is open. The foot bridge (10 mins) to the Waterfront near there too. Go to Welcome Seafood by crossing the road next to Nasi Lemak Kahwin and walk through the building to the other side.Great food and service. Watson is also across that road. Great to buy bottle water, medicine and toiletries.

Personally, the stairs to the three floor isn't a big deal as it is good after a heavy meal. Great exercise for stronger legs.They provide luggage assistance, if you need it. Maybe add a shelf around the sink for toiletries bag, a bit tight for 2 persons toiletries bags.

Our stay at the ACJ Residence was fantastic from start to finish. The room was really lovely with a modern & trendy decor. The amenities were great - comfy bed, tv, fridge and nice shower! The location is ideal and very close walking distance to the waterfront, Gaya street and the jetty for island hopping. Also, it’s convenient to have lots of shops, restaurants and other facilities like laundry nearby. And to top it all off, the communication from Vinah and the team is excellent - always on hand via WhatsApp to help with any of your needs. For check in/out, travel advice and tips, organising room cleaning etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF STAYING IN KK!!

ACJ Residence is a very modern accomodation in the centar of KK. Irene and Vinah with whome we talked through whatsapp were very lovley and gave as all info about the check in + photos of how to find the place a day before arrival and that was very helpful! Room was nice, tidy and clean and it came with toiletries, water, coffee, tea... :) self check out was also very simple

Walls of the rooms are kind of thin, or we were not very lucky and got the very loud guests in the neighbor room so we were woken up at 4am, but ofc the owners did not have anything to do with that. Just a heads up about the walls.

Very lightly hands on by the host however every thing we needed to know or find out was immediately handled via WhatsApp. The room was immaculate and made for a very comfortable stay. Location great. Shop below, launderette round the corner, simple walk to waterfront bars and restaurants. When we hired a car Vinah supplied allocated parking for us close by. Nothing was too much trouble. Cannot fault it. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks very much.

Everything was wonderful for us. There are three flights of stairs and no lift so some may have access issues. Vinah organised assistance to get our bags to the room. Being higher up in a busy central area meant it was really quiet.

The room was very nice, love the deco and how they arrange the furniture in the room makes it looks big. Bed was really comfy especially after a long drive to KK and had to continue again my journey the next day so my rest for the night was good. Location was very convenient, walking distance to malls, seafood place, convenient store. Checking in and out was really easy and the best part I gave my expected arrival time, they even put on the air-condition ready for me so can enter into a nice cool room to freshen up. Host was very helpful and keep checking on any other thing needed for my trip. This place is really recommended for solo or couple travelers.

Walking up to the room so I don't recommend this for family stay. The rest there is nothing I didn't like about the room.

Very good WiFi. Huge shower with plenty of hot water. Complimentary toiletries. Outlets on both sides of bed. Kettle provided with tea and coffee. AC kept the room at a perfect temperature. Comfy bed. Great communication with host. Also had option of paying for an extra half day as we had an evening flight.

Was a bit noisy at night. Also, for those with mobility issues, it's up 4 flights of stairs with no lift so keep that in mind.

The room was so so so nice! The whole place was spotless and clean, so nicely decorated and so spacious ! The toilet roll was soft ! After 3 months of travel this has 100% been the comfiest bed yet, could even be the comfiest bed I've ever stayed on in my life 😅😅 The aircon was cool and quiet ! A tv that actually works !! We've not had a single tv that works when you switch it on , anywhere we stayed in Asia ! The facilities are high tech, touch light switches and light up mirrors Very very easy check in too, host has been great on WhatsApp Plenty of Shops and cafes surrounding the location, so good location and a daily food market outside Did I mention the bed was comfy? Really good value for money , thank you

DEFINITELY book this place. The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, and feel quite luxurious for the reasonable price! The rain shower was awesome and the complimentary toiletries were of nice quality too. The bed was by far the most comfortable I have had in Borneo. If you've just come from a stint in the jungle, this is the kind of place that feels like a real treat. The neighbourhood is quite quiet at night which is great. It's a maximum 25 minute walk to basically everything, and there are some great restaurants and street markets nearby. Although they don't have a front desk the owners can be quickly reached via WhatsApp and are responsive, helpful, and just lovely people. I'd highly recommend giving them your business!

Lovely apartment for a short stay. Clean, comfortable, great facilities, lovely bathroom and the owners were on call whenever you needed them regarding anything whatsoever, really helpful.

If I'm being really picky, I had to knock at the apartment next door and ask for them to turn their TV down as it was playing full blast at 11pm and we were up early for a flight the next day. But this is obviously nothing on the property itself, or the owners. Will certainly stay here again if venture back to the area.

Great location, less than a 10 minute walk to the water front and a comfortable 20 minute walk to Gaya Street. Lots of shops and restaurants surrounding the apartment block. Clean and modern, air con was great and the bed was lovely and comfy. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble and they were only ever a WhatsApp away. WiFi was also great.
