Room was spacious for the affordable rate. Beds were cozy. A small fridge available in the room. Non-smoking room, with front porch and a set of table and chairs. Our room was right in front of the swimming pool. We stayed on weekdays, there wasn't many other guests around, so we had the pool all for ourselves for hours. We needed an iron, and the staff send it to our room with the ironing board. Free car park, Breakfast was also freely available for guests. A small beach attached with the property. No traffic noise despite situated by the main road.

No wifi (at least it wasn't working during our stay there). Thin walls, we could hear people staying next door. TV channels were all blurry. Bathroom no exhaust fan. Bidet was installed on the left side. Lots of mosquitoes. Property location is far from shopping and eateries. Older properties comes with older furniture. There was some old strand of fabric eerily protruding out from beneath the bed. Housekeeping should pay attention to those things.

Location was gorgeous. Much netter to go from KK airport first to this place than to start in KK city. Great spacious rooms with exceptional view. Also from the terrace. Very comfortable. 2 nice pools. Restaurant also nice view. Staff very helpfull. Bed bit hard like normal in Malaysia, but very comfortable. Both fan as AC.

Some things looked a bit old and there was a little bit of mold in the shower, but for the price not a problem.

Really nice hotel , all the staff were friendly and helpful , the hotel provides a really good breakfast and the rooms are large and comfortable. The swimming pools are a real added bonus .

Although the hotel cleaned the beach every day without fail (well done to the beach guy ) the amount of rubbish washing up was impossible to clear, this therefore made the beach a no go zone ! Also the bathroom could have been cleaner, we actually used detol to clean the shower cubical ourselves .

Peace, calm, away from city and beautiful scenery.

Bathroom not really clean smell weird, got some mould on the shower door, as for the food sirloin steak was salty and the oxtail asam pedas is totally horrible. Staff services is okay.

The pool was disappointing. So dirty. The beach. I was expecting something special on the beach. Like wooden pathwalk or mini bridge leads to an inviting horizon in the middle of the water or something. All I got was just plain ol' backyard beach. Boring and dirty. When we planned on coming to langkah syabas, we were expecting beach getaways..

The location is perfect and I can see why people come here for weddings. I witnessed one the best sun sets of my life from the swings. Nice restaurant and bar. Large rooms and spacious. Was given an upgrade and all. Very impressed

If i had to look for problems as the place as it generally was good. Dated exterior and Bar not open till 6pm

Upgrade to units facing beach with own pool made this visit special. Other units are farther away and have their own pool. Food was excellent and varied. Nice wine cellar!

Owners can not change the fact that the water is very shallow off the beach. When the tide goes out, you can walk to nearby island! But view is spectacular.

Room 19 was my favorite! Private room with back terrace and pool for the 6 terraced rooms. Views were wonderful and hospitality was all you could want! Also offered lower rates for rooms with small porch overlooking another pool. Great breakfast included!

The surrounding of the resort is simple and not complicated which I prefer. We like the room and bathroom, spacious and yes .....clean. Our chalet was facing the pool but we still have our own privacy. By evening it is quiet and serene. Although breakfast is not much of variety but it is good enough to fill up a hungry tummy. Definitely will be going back there again.

There is nothing not to like 😊. I enjoyed my stay there.

Nice view, staffs were friendly and very helpful, got a bit issue with the room when we checked in but they solve the issue immediately. I loveee their breakfast too! This is my second time here, of course there will be third and more family times here! 🥰🫶🏻
