We had a nice room on the first floor. We gave 9/10 because for the price we paid, we had all the comforts we wanted: in the city center, clean, warm water, fresh towels on demand, free drinking water etc. The hotel itself is old but perfect for backpackers. Michal (staff) is very kind.

It was an good stay. The staff were helpful. The facilities were okay. The price was reasonably low. You get something big in a low price. Way to go!
1. The window curtain could not be adjusted. I would like to adjust it so people from the outside could not see me in the inside. 2. Otherwise everything else was great.

I like the location and elevetor (lift) very much.
I didn't like the room with no cabinet, bathroom's mirror, printing service at the counter and on and off tv channel.

I like the staff, they were so nice & welcoming. It is also easy for me to buy necessities or find a rental car because the place is strategic & easy to locate.
Our electric sockets were broken, so it was hard for us to charge our phones.
