I especially love the staff's attentiveness and friendliness, it really gave me a good impression on my first visit. Bedroom design is spacious, comfy, modern and user-friendly. Exactly like what has been shown in the pictures. The small yellow lightings do creates a soothing and romantic ambience. It's thoughtful to have light switch beside the bed as well. Love that the basin is being built outside of the bathroom, which is pretty convenient if I were to share room. Bathrobe's quality is premium, rain shower head is the best, and shower gel and shampoos are skin-allergy friendly. Capsule coffee machine and bathtub are bonus. Mini fridge and water refilling station is located at the lobby hall.

Bath tub is such a highlight but unfortunately, the hot water isn't working at all, so I took rain shower instead. Cleaning can be done better, to avoid having obvious dusts and water stains on the basin counter, coffee stain in the coffee machine tank, and heavy coffee scents in the cups. Suggestion: Reception staff could inform guests on their arrival, to make sure they know where the water refilling station is if they are staying in The Stone and The Oak rooms, since it's quite unnoticable.

1. Parking is limited when back to hotel late 2. Not much of entertainment around 3. Hear the noise of the road facing train station

The room was incredible.

The location very far from the city and very noisy (bar in front). We were in the room "Stone".

just like the picture, staff is super nice - I told them last minute to organize something for my partner’s birthday and they decorated the room perfectly ! thank you so much - would highly recommend

We stayed in the Stone room. The design was amazing, the pressure of water was good. Jojo assisted me during check in she was lovely and approached them before check to ask for decoration and they did very well! The facilities in the room were enough throughout my stay for three days. The bed was comfy :)

Soundproof was not expected to be heard through so much! Read a few bad comments regarding the floor was dusty, yes our room's floor was a bit dusty however they did provide in house slippers but I think it still can be improved.

Overall the family is impressed with the hotel room (bigger shore room) 1. Very spacious 2. Aircon is excellent, cool and comfortable 3. No TV, instead there is a big projector, so satisfying to watch Netflix and other shows 4. Bathroom is spacious, excellent water pressure 5. the interior design is modern and pleasing, well thought out 6. near to airport (it was our transit hotel as we were going to fly off next day) 7. Located on 5th floor, and there are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants within the building, there is also a health clinic 8. definitely value for money I would stay here again just for the ambience and the room.

the only drawback is parking, there is no designated parking for hotel guests so you will need to find parking around the building or in the multi storey carpark in the building. During working hours this is very full, hard to find parking.

I really amazed with this hotel. I’m surprised as well once I knew the staff only available untill 5pm. Since the hotel equiped with locking door system, once we checked in, they will provide us with all the passwords. For me it’s something new! If u need anything just text their admin through whatsapp. For me, nothing much to ask during the stay. Coway machine provided as well at the hallway. Located at aeropod centre, same mainroad with Kota Kinabalu Airport. use the elevator next to Vivo Centre, straight to level 7 then u can find the reception. Hope these will guide you guys! Nice room theme and decoration (mine was Twilight). U can spend the time for photoshoot only inside the room itself. Nice, clean, worth for money.

Not to condemn the bussiness, just something to be improve for better experience. Maybe management can di something to the water pressure for the toilet bidet. It’s too slow because I believe, toilet is place where we have ourself clean. It’s really important for me to be relly clean especially after that ‘bussiness’. Can refer the last photo that i attached for the water pressure.

The staff were very accommodating to our request as we arrived later than planned. The bedroom was exceptionally beautiful. It was the same as advertised. The bed were comfortable. Lighting was good. The couch was comfortable. The staff were kind enough to inform us that we left something behind and we were able to retrieve it.

Just no facilities like gym and swimming pool… but the bathtub is enough for a relaxing bath.

The twilight room is spacious and beautifully designed. With the interior design that is so esthetic we are so excited to stay there. Everything is just super beautifully decorated and the bed and pillow are very comfy. Had a really good night sleep. Will be recommending this room anyone that love a nice vacation getaway. For sure will be staying here again ❤️

stayed for the 2nd times here. but still amazed & love how the modernest yet minimalist for the design. & would appriciate to the staff for the warmest & very welcoming guest. looking forward for another stayed in! 🫶🏻

could be better if the property/hotel would provide shampoo & conditioner tho 🙏🏻 not just shower gel. eventho guest can buy it from the nearest 24h mart nearby/below the hotel, but "could even better" if the property/hotel would provide it. thank you!
