The interior designs is a Wow! The room is clean.

The breakfast was bad. I really regret including the breakfast in my booking. Slow refill and on our last day, there are no tomyam soup and porridge provided in the pots! but all the condiments for the soup and porridge was prepared beside it. It's better for Luma Hotel to not provide breakfast at all if the quality and the service were that low standard. It tarnish the image of Luma Hotel. I strongly advise for other visitors to this hotel to not include breakfast in your booking. Our room is a quadruple room but they only provide bath towels for 2 persons. Need to ask for extra towels.

☆- The location was wonderful, literally opposite Imago Mall. ☆ - The room was amazing, incredibly clean, and very spacious. ☆ - The bathroom had a separate lavatory, seperatebrainfall shower(probaby one of the most spacious ive seen in a hotel), and bathtub (with a neat window divider feature that could open up), plus the water pressure was really strong. ☆ - The staff were super friendly and helpful. The security even greeted my girlfriends plushie, which was a fun moment. ☆ - The bed is incredibly comfortable. ☆ - Room design and amenities are wonderful. ☆ - There was paid parking for guests (RM30 for overnight), which was super convenient and very affordable.

X - (ONE OFF ISSUE) The staff were a very slow to send up towels (1 hour) after having called them to check 3 times, but I would put it down to maybe them being busy or lack of communication between the reception and house keeping because apart from that they were amazing. X - This probaby won't matter to most people, but the television could do with an update to a smart TV or one with Chrome Cast. (VERY MINOR ISSUE) X - There was a deposit that had to be paid to borrow the hotel umbrella, which shocked me. Even a lot of fancier 5☆ hotels (The Fullerton, Grand Hyatt, Hilton etc.) don't ask for deposits as such.

Hygienic, spacious and practical. Love the toiletries smell; feels like a spa hotel. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back again.

Can hear some renovations sound and sound from the street (stayed on level4).

I liked everything. The bed was comfy, there are even different types of pillows to choose from. The bathroom was fantastic, the fixtures and fittings and the entire room design was beautifully stylish. I was very fortunate to have been upgraded on arrival so my room was superb and included a bath. Staff at reception were very nice and the concierges were very friendly and helpful. Jojo restaurant, the staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent. The hotel is walking distance to the Imago mall. Overall, I was very impressed and would book again.

New hotel in the block. The hotel smells really nice upon entrance. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The room were really cozy and comfortable. Environment were good and clean. There’s a cafe in the lobby. Food looks good there. Didn’t get to try but they do smells good every time walking pass by. There are many choices of food just around the hotel as well as convenient stores and also a beauty centre. IMAGO Times Square is within walking distance. Definitely a hotel worth staying with a competitive price.

If traveling by private vehicles, do be alert that the junction to the building may be easily missed. However, there are more than 1 way to get to the building so it’s still considered easy access. Since this hotel is within a commercial building, not a standalone, do expect random crowds. Parking space is limited and paid separately. However, waiver card is available upon request at the lobby counter. There’s only 2 choices of breakfast (i.e American breakfast and Mee Siam) and 2 choices of sides (i.e cereals and croissants) offered at the hotel restaurant. Regardless, they are good.

Overall experiences in the hotel, the bed, facilities and etc... All are maintained very well.

Really nice and comfortable hotel, good location and nearby eateries nearby. could finally sleep well after 2nights. Concierge (Johnny) was very friendly and welcoming.

1) Hotel need to buck up on their front desk staff service and to be more welcoming with a smile and better attention to details. It was my birthday on check in day. didnt reflect the standard of Mariott Bonvoy group 2) To inform guests (esp with kids) to be respectful of other guests. was trying to rest after checking in but the next room guests with kids were banging the wall, dragging chairs n screaming loudly. had to call the reception to ask them to tune down.

prime location, nearby good restaurants and shopping district, big,clean and modern room

we just had a issue with shower. it seems like they use water tanks to increase the water pressure and their water depot was empty once we checked in hence we could not use shower for 2-3 hours and waited them to top it up. However once it was resolved it was quite good shower with strong water pressure.

Great location in regards to food options, lovely staff, shower was probably the best I've had in Asia. Brekky was good
