They managed to upgrade us to a better room after we complained abt the faulty one
old room 1. door knob (missing) 2. shower (broken) 3. A/C (not functioning well) 4. card key (unable to open the door) new room 1. the room (found 3 small cockroaches - floor, sink, table) 2. wifi (slow) other 1. the staff (not wearing masks)

The fact that its available on short notice
The drain clogged and the room smell of old cigarate. The TV only have 1 channel and not even clear. The fridge not cold. The decor too old fashion. Only the view makes up for the rest.
