the room is big, clean, nice view, beautiful and unic, i like because have netflix, wifi, parking is free, the pool are big

i choose the room inc breakfast but the breakfast have no variety of choice, not a buffet breakfast,

The location was really convenience for me and my family to reach the hotel and the place was really nice. The traffic to my workplace also very fast and less then 10 minutes i can reach my destination. Most of the staff was really friendly and very helpful during we stay there. Last but not least, the price totally worth it with the accommodation that AMI Suites provide to us. Really fall in love with the decoration of the hotel and my kids really enjoy their swimming experiences with the nice and warm view.

Just add more dustbin especially for big room because it was not enough for us to throw food besides hotel only provide one medium dustbin and small inside the bathroom. One more thing, last day i stay i have scared experience when our neighbor fighting during 3 am and it was really disturbing us with their noise. Hope hotel can overcome situation like this.

This was a great place to stay for families. There is a kitchen in the unit and a small market downstairs. Ample space and while not right downtown, everything was a 20 minute grab ride away.

Could have stood more towels and a spare set of linens. But not a huge deal.

the size of the apartment was great, furniture was beautful, setting of the apartment, bathroom great size and clean, the availabiloty of the washing machine and dining set. The swimming pool, the different activities available. And on top of that all, Allo restaurant was so good and didn't get enough of it.

the drainage in the shower was not draining well, the towels and the bed sheef are not super white. Allo restaurat closes at 9 :(

The facilities is great,with the kitchen and washing machine it's great for traveller to rest and enjoy . There is convenient store and diners downstairs so we won't have to worry about going hungry. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially for newcomers.

For now, only the access time for facilities. Should increase time to midnight such as gym and pool time. 😁

Location was easy to get to driving; plenty of parking spaces in the basement. Parking was also free for guests. The interior decorations of the hotel were unique, and very photographable. The check-in process was easy and effortless; staff were friendly and helpful. 24-hour mart on the ground floor was very convenient. Room was clean, and small and comfortable enough for a solo traveler. I liked that Allo by Owls Cafe is located on the same premises for a delicious lunch after check-out.

The layout of the building was a bit confusing and there were two separate sets of elevators that couldn't be used to access the same floors. The only water provided in the room were two small bottles of water; would appreciate a water filter/dispenser for easier access to drinking water.

I wish to compliment Mira from Ami suites ARTE on her satisfactory service! Thumbs up to the excellent services rendered! She does not hesitate to go the extra mile for her customers, serving us with dedication and care. She is an excellent asset to [Ami Suites], and her performance will continue to impress customers. Staff Mira took the initiative to surprise us with the birthday cake; it was very thoughtful and sweet of her to have done so.

They have snacks for free, can watch Netflix (hotel's account), and even have washing machine (i didn't try). The room is spacious enough for 2 person. I like the amenities like lotion, soap & shampoo here, hoping that next time you guys change to easier to take out the lotion & conditioner.

The towel smells like towel at pools, but understandable since you have to use bring hotel towel for swimming. The aircond was too direct to the bed, that is very new to me.

Clean and comfortable. Away from city area (KLCC/ pavilion) so the jam was not as crazy.

The waiting time for the lift is ridiculous. very slow especially around 11.30am - 12.30pm. waited 30 mins for the lift!!

The room was as shown in the pictures. Neat, clean and comfortable to stay in. There are also a small mart and restaurants right at the ground floor so you don’t need to go far for food. We’ve been visiting three pools including the jacuzzi with our access card. The staff were being helpful and polite.

Unfortunately, the hotel’s lift take a long time to reach and if there’re a lot of people (esp during the weekends or public holidays), you need to wait and squeeze in the lift. We also faced a problem where our room key was unable to unlock the door so we were forced to go down and asked the receptionist to unlock it. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, the room is not soundproofing either. You can clearly hear all the commotion even from the lift area from inside your room. Adjoining rooms can clearly hear what your neighbours are doing as well. Overall, it was a good stay and it's worth to stay over a night or two.
