Dear location at pasar malam and bazaar ramadhan. Just one night staycation for the purpose to jalan jalan cuti mata at bazaar ramadhan. Everything is good and fine for me. Staycation for the purpose to cari makan, plenty of food easy to find and eat at the room, chill chill at the hotel room and in the midnight go to bazaar ramadhan. This is my 2nd time stay here.

You stay at the budget hotel so don't aspect for high expectation.

Free drinking water dispenser. Safe in the room. Shower partion, so the bathroom was not wet. Really nice location, walking distance to Merdeka Square and right next to the MRT station.

The hotel has a lift, but steep steps to the entrance which are difficult with the luggage.

The staff (by the name of Diana) upgraded my room since the other rooms were fully taken by the time of my late check in, the room was very comfortable. She also offered to look after my work bag which contained my laptop, whilst I go to washroom and refreshed to come back to the counter to continue the check in process. She was friendly, helpful, and introduced nearby places I could go for breakfast and lunch the following days, as well as directions to the train station Masjid Jamek and the best spot to arrange Grab pickup. Very good service by Diana.

This is not the fault of Citin - but I was charged RM10 extra (traveller's tax) and was categorised as a foreigner by booking.com even though I am a Malaysian.

Great value for money and walking distance to Little India, street shops as well as LRT station, Mc Donalds, Mydin, KFC, 7-Eleven. Very short distances (under 5km) for all major attractions in KL- twin towers, KL tower, Bukit Bintang...So overall great location.

Only downside was the noise from the mosque nearby (especially in the mornings) but not an issue if you plan to leave early each day and explore like we did...and also the size of the room, felt quite cramped...but that's on us, as we picked a smaller room. Opt for a larger room despite the few additional bucks as it'll be more comfortable. Would recommend if you're only looking for a place that's convenient transportation-wise/spending the nights and not too worried about luxury.

We had seperate bookings on our final stay and was suppose to move to another type of room. The staff was very helpful and had our new room ready as soon as we checked out the previous room. We didnt have to wait until 2pm to recheck-in..thank you to that FO male staff working on morning shift 6th oct 2024.really appreciate your kind jesture. The female FO working overnight was also pleasant and was courteous during our checkin on 4th..thank you guys.. See you again next year!!

the hotel is well located, near to the restorant, mean of transportation (subway and bus), very quite and secure zone, shopping malls are not far away from the hotel, staff are very kind and helpful.

soundproofing of the rooms are not very good

The staff was really friendly, especially when you compare to other hotels in KL. They really give you a warm welcome. Room was really big, clean, good hot shower. Wifi in the room is strong. Location is good. Close to different kind of public transport and close to a lot of good restaurants.

There was always noise in the room. It came from the boiler room next to us and also from the roof or floor above us. The walls were thin. It was sometimes a bit annoying, but ok. There is also the mosque near the hotel with the prayer sessions, but that was ok for us. It's a part of KL. Prepare to pay a bit extra for taxes, in addition to the price that is quoted. Even when we said there is written that all taxes are included, they told us that it's not and that we have to pay a bit more.

This is my 1st time check-in Evrtg was good,the bed so comfortable This hotel got lift .. very closed to LRT station Drinking water machine provided at our floor Next to Mosque,restaurant,a lot of street food,close to night market,shopping mall,bas stations and so many attractive place. The reception counter she is nice person

For me..very difficult to get the parking, Parking charge rm39 for 1day..very expensive The hotel didn't provided the parking ..and the parking a bit far from the hotel

The room is newly renovated I was here before. I think around 2013. The floor where i am staying was newly renovated. Good, comfortable, clean. Strategic location Water for the shower gets hot fast n cools fast. The air-conditioning is also good.

Only one. The water from the shower doesn't drain fast enough. So, better check the plumbing
