The staff were extremely helpful and offered connecting rooms which is useful considering i was traveling with elderly. The rooms looked clean and the water pressure of the shower is great. Also the location of the hotel has been one of the main factors i choose to book here.

One of the room given to me was not ready despite i was checking in around 4pm on the day due to bad odor, the staff did clear it using air sterilizer which is causing the delay. Also, the parking entrance was closed at night time which I have to endure with the additional 40 mins jam to reach another entrance.

The rooms have been upgraded and they are clean and comfortable

The room rates have risen significantly. The screen inside the lifts to indicate status of floor is almost non-legible! Unfortunately the coffee shop at the ground level has jot been upgraded. Also the breakfast menu jas not been changed for years. I drove my car and parked in the area designated for Cititel. On day of checkout, I validated my TnG card but at the exit I couldnt get the barrier to open. I called for help and a guybon a motor bike came and collected RM25 from me in cash. I dont know what the problem was, but it seems to be an awkward arrangement. Luckily there were no cars following me or I could have caused inconvenience to others

The reception male that checked me on 6/10 in didn’t aware the package I booked via booking .com for one adult and one child 15 come with free 2 pac breakfast It is considered same as if I booked as 2 adults He insisted only valid for one adult only Even after I checked with him the 2nd time He said the room only come with one pac bf only even though I pointed out to him the packages I booked come with 2 pax free breakfast I gave up at the end but I checked with diff staff in the next morning 7/10 and the reception female confirmed with office that it is for 2 pax

Room has been refurbished and updated since the last time we were here in 2019. Room was in good condition on arrival and comfortable. Reception was also very quick to send maintenance when the lights in our room went out.

The location next to the mall where eateries and other convenience stores can be easily accessed. There is a water dispenser on each floor available so you can refill your water anytime you want. Receptionist is very polite and friendly - the one who attended me was Angela. Thanks for the great hospitality (:

There was a mosquito when I first entered the room. Lift waiting time is quite long. There is no slippers provided in the room. There was some kind of damp smell in the room but still tolerable.

Been here many long times before and will always land here many times in the future. the accessibility to the shopping mall and to the train station easily connects to many places in Kuala Lumpur.

Been here many long times before, i guess the room looks starting to get a bit boring. I guess time to refurbish or renovate. Probably add in a bit of facilities for the children.

The very accommodating & helpful staff. I left my key card at the hotel & i was asked a reasonable question as proof & got a key card immediately. The location beside the Gateway Mall & The Garden, as well as the Abdullah Hukum train station was conveniently accessible. Im very satisfied with my stay. I'd recommend it to friends & book this hotel again when I go back.

Love the location as its beside midvalley and the we were placed at a high floor which is quiet and sound proof. Had a good rest and cosy night because of the sound proofing.

Didn't like the plug points as it is not near the long mirror and there were no dressing table for ladies to make up

I dont like this lady who taking care of those coming for breakfast.I approach the cafe for morning breakfast I dont know that we have to que to get our table.I understand.But this indian lady who show us the table.She was very rough and dont greet people nicely.She want us to que and wait for our table but she can say nicely.Working in a hotel you guys must good when approach customer i dont know her name.But please in future do train your restaurant staff to be nice with guest.especially those who is standing infront of the restaurant.i will not come again here for sure because of her,my mood gone the whole day.Other that everything is ok.your waitress and other staff all good
