Requested for standing fan at check-in reception. Staff offered to change room but customer preferred to stay in same room. Shortly after, staff brought standing fan to the room. In addition, technician also checked the aircon filter.

Room aircon not cold. Traffic condition leading to hotel drop-off point is jam-packed at peak hours. Most grab drivers will miss the turn into the hotel drop-off point. Good breakfast spread, but there is room for improvement on food quality.

With the renovation, the hotel rooms are clean, bright and fresh. Having easy access to Mid Valley shopping mall and The Gardens is definitely a plus.

We have issue with the sound from the heavy rain beating on the metal panel for the room on 28th floor. Also the children of next door was shouting and jumping early in the morning. Also dragging with luggage which we believe was the family checking in early 6 am or so. Also had thought parking the car is free for the two days we were staying at the hotel.

It’s connected to Midvalley Megamall and a walk a way from The Gardens - very convenient. The TV system is good and modern with lots of movies to choose from. The breakfast selections are plenty and delicious! The staffs are accommodating. Had air conditioning issue with the room I was staying in - they upgraded the room for me and my family. They also helped when I had problems with my access card. Well done.

The parking.. Very inconvenient to get to and fro the car park, had to either drop everything in the lobby or drag everything thru the mall. And the parking spots in level 2A or 2b gate H will require you to move a fleet of stairs.

The staff on our check-in was exceptionally helpful and professional. Although I had made two consecutive bookings of different room types due to having to extend my stay, they were gracious enough to upgrade my stay to the better room of the two bookings so that we do not have to repack and move rooms. Service staff were always helpful and polite. It's location just above the sprawling mall really made the stay joyful for the family with all the shopping and food outlets to try. Conveniently close to an e-hailing pickup and drop-off.

Great service, friendly and very helpful staff. A special mention of the restaurant staff for being super friendly, welcoming and providing a wonderful service. And the front desk staff were highly efficient making check in and check out a breeze, plus attending to any queries/requests promptly. Rooms clean and large. Room service very quick and good. Pool side is very quiet and relaxing. Location is wonderful. Overall a great place to stay.

Nothing to dislike. An improvement i would like to suggest would be for room service to be extended till a bit late at night, maybe till midnight.

Thank you Hana and Sugabthi for serving us and upgrade us from urban king room to suite. Both my kids love the room and spacious enough for my baby to crawling around the room and explore. Mall is direct link to hotel easy to access. For parking they have Rm5 per day if you drive. You have to bring tng to the level 1 counter so they activate your card before heading to carpark to get your car.

The parking is share with mid valley megamall. Hard to find parking and park zone H is nearer to the hotel. Not every carpark link to lift is slope. So abit hard for us as we have baby stroller need to up the staircase.

Our whole stay was excellent and exceeded our expectation. We booked a deluxe room for birthday and wedding anniversary and was upgraded to suite, thanks to the amazing staff member at the reception. The room was immaculate, facilities are amazing. Midvalley megamall locates just next to the hotel and there was a through passageway to the mall, making trip back and forth easy. To top it off, train station was just around the corner, lots of grab drivers around, so any place within KL is well within reach. Contrary to what people said about limited breakfast options, we found that the choices were quite vast. Maybe because we were not big eaters to begin with. All in all, an excellent stay, worth every single pence and I would return for more stays in the future!

Hardly any at all.

location is the BEST. room was spacious with marvelous view. the king size bed is definitely a bonus point for the whole stay. ONLY concerned was the noise. i stayed at 27th floor. starting from 2am - 5am, i heard weird noise on top of my ceiling. sounded like someone knocking on the hard surface. I did peak through the peak hole. the sound traveled from the room door, up towards the ceiling. then towards the window side. it might be due to rain or so. I am not sure about the caused of the noise. and that is the only unforgettable point throughout the stay

nothing... all superb and seriously exceed my expectation as I stayed at other hotels in that area before. I love this hotel so much.

Superb location- loved walking straight into the mall to excellent shopping and eateries, not to mention a hidden gem no frills great value blind massage MAB Shoppe Blind Massage, Reflexology & Handicrafts Center (look up In Google and read reviews on how to find the shop! - it’s only about 5mins walk from the hotel). Rooms were well appointed with interconnecting room option, staff VERY courteous and helpful especially Mr Sujon(?) from housekeeping who went above and beyond to assist us. The buffet breakfasts were amazing - i loved that they kept changing up dishes even within the same session so there is more variety - it gives you a really good selection of local foods!

There was some mould spots in the sink and shower that would have been easily fixed by mould-stop products. Not a biggie but it would have perfected the experience 😃

My first breakfast was a challenge because I am vegetarian and don’t eat meat, poultry, seafood and eggs and the menu was very poor. Even the Asian vegetarian dishes had eggs or seafood (they even made roti with eggs!). The second time they prepared a tofu dish for me which made up for the limited offering - thanks to the floor Manager for going the extra mile.

Please improve the vegetarian and vegan menu.
