The room was spacious and the the bed was comfy. the hot water was nice. The spread of breakfast were good and plenty of choice. Overall, you got what you paid.

i would suggest the staffs to disappear from the breakfast room. just do regular checking on foods and tables but no need to announce the presence. when i went for breakfast, there were plenty of dining room staffs doing nothing, chit chatting and keep looking at us guests as if they are patrolling our food intake. somehow i felt their scrutinizing eyes and that utterly made me uncomfortable to eat. my experiences with other hotels, you can rarely see the staffs on dining room unless required.

Noise from traffic outside along the Jalan Kepong. Shower curtain is smelly. Need to wash after guest has vacated. Gave an impression that the bathroom is unhygienic.

Room very comfortable, large bed, free parking, great breakfast, good hospitality from the staff

Should upgrade more for TV channel. We're having toilet problem before check out. Suddenly the flush not functioning. We've try our best to settle it before leaving our room but still cannot. We inform the front desk staff to acknowledge him about it. Other than that everything is great. Definitely we will come again

Sound proof is amazing, I like the no smoking policy the best

Parking is a bit harsh, there is a mall right beside, so if you want to park in front of the hotel its abit difficult. But basement parking is available just not friendly for new driver and big cars

Location is very good, still not happy with what the LEVEL offers you for what you pay for. Breakfast is not the best, the food is not warm enough and it's mostly the same everyday

staff in charged during sahur at the cafe allowed my husband to pack the food for me since i was not able to go down for sahur - had our child with us and he won’t let me leave him

- added special request upon booking - asking hotel to give us a call once room is ready for early check in. but no call at all whether can or not. - before booking was made, i called the restaurant to ask if i can have sahur in the room since i have my baby along. the staff in charged that evening harshly said cannot - toilet bowl was not maintained. i think the cleaner had cleaned it but since the stain is quite obvious its a bit digusting to see

Front desk entertained was excellent...they also reserved parking for us and help us with the luggage. Tq to all the front desk including the door man.

I ask for iron and they pass the connection to one another. I called twice to the house keeping to get the iron..

Price and Availability. It's an old hotel, but for me back then maybe it's a 4 star hotel.

Location from City Centre. It's quite far from KLCC, if you consider the traffic.

Loved the service. Compliments to Faiz. He checked us in when we arrived. He was very pleasant and accomodating

I choose for queen bed but they gave me twin single bed which seriously I was not happy due to I need sleep separated from my husband.
