I read reviews previously mentioning the breakfast is so simple, so i thought i would only get toast, bread, cereal, coffee or tea only. But turns out we had nasi lemak, roti canai, porridge, toast, cereal, baked beans, omelets, and few more other things i cant remember, juice, milk, coffee. The taste are not bad. Enough to make us full for the morning. I like it. For the room, its quite spacious. Clean, tidy, nice lake view.

The breakfast menu is the same during our 6 days stay.Nasi lemak, sweet oatatoes, curry, noodles, bread , eggs. Also there should be a cupboard in the room to hang clothes yo.

the view is very beautiful at night, quiet and without any disturbance.

clothes iron is not provided in the room, it is quite difficult for women to get ready because they have to wait 15 minutes for the iron to be delivered to the room. and one more, lighting. hm. but it is okay! make it look likes more aesthetic.

The Filipino Staff at the cafe who checked if i was ok, and is everything alright. She is 100% good in customer service! please retain that staff! GOLD!

More Choices in Breakfast. Set breakfast is not a good option. one staff in the parking validation counter, he was so sarcastic when asked about the cafe operational hours. Literally i had to tell him why be so angry?

Room floor could've been cleaner. My feet were dark with dust. Thankfully there were room slippers given. TV wasn't working properly. There is only one power outlet in the room, and another one in the toilet, insufficient to charge phones.

It looks like the swimming pool is not clean. My son told me that when he swam in the water he can see the wall of the pool is totally smeared with algae (+ i can see from my room), and the water in the bottom of the pool is dark green. I think the management should jump in the pool once in a while to judge the pool by itself and fired the cleaners.

We really enjoy our stay in Flamingo Hotel. The food was superb. We all really Love it. They gave me a set of fresh cut fruits, an ice tea, and nasi lemak with telur mata and also rendang ayam. One thing my aunt and the family didn't like is the sambal. The sambal is to spicy and also no anchovy (ikan bilis) in it. I think the chef must consider to change the sambal from spicy to little bit of sweet sambal. That spicy sambal we only eat it a quarter's of it. That's all. Thank you Flamingo.

Hotel situated on a lake, plenty of wildlife for a city, storks, lizards and birds.

Breakfast pretty basic, cold and unappetising, coffee poor. Had to ask for things like butter, yoghurt, knives. Omilk for coffee.

Staff was friendly and did help around with my mother for wheelchair. Thank you.

I had paid for cash when check in at front desk and also given receipt for it however i received a call at midnight from front desk asking if i had paid for the room which i felt so dissapointed cause he said i didnt pay while i check in..he said he is short of cash in his drawer. I keep on insisted i did pay Rm200 with deposit and after an hour or so he called back and oppologize saying his staff change shift and took the cash. I feel personally the person should check properly before calling the guest, Check cctv or something.
