Staff is very nice and helpful. I accidentally spilled plain water on my bed and requested to change the bedsheet and comforter. Staff did this without any extra charges and helped to dry the wet spots as well. Thank you so much.
Bathroom smells a bit musty but that is acceptable considering this is a budget hotel.

Love the mattress 0 so firm and steady, Makes u lazy waking up from the bed. Our exhausted body from a long drive all gone. Next is the water pressure and hot water - AWESOME!!! Love the shower heads. The bathroom is spacious that my son can do 'breast-stroke' on the floor while showering. D) Cleanliness and room service - tiptop. Keep up the good work.
the aircond unit possibly can be placed in a different angle. the window is quite dangerous for young kids as too low and our room's windows were loose. best if can be locked from a higher level away from young kids reaching out.

The room was impeccably clean. For a one-night stay, at this rate, the amenities are enough (I did for a few seconds wish for a simple kettle but then again, Pelita is just downstairs so we ordered room service instead. Oh, for sahur, we called the receptionist at 4:30am and ordered for a meal). Very convenient!
The water heater pressure is a bit low, and the temperature is a bit too high for me even after a few attempts to adjust it.

The place is situated above a 24hr Indian food place. I bought ice tea from the shop below but they gave it in a plastic for takeaway. Staff at the hotel was kind enough to provide me a mug to drink it from.
My room was right at the end and the music and singing from the bar or pub nearby only died down after 12.30am.

Spacious. Comfortable. Good advantage that this hotel close to lots of place to eat. The picture is exactly how this hotel rooms look like.
Truthfully the hotel rooms is not really soundproof. Difficult to find parking. Better prepare for a cash if you decide to pay at hotel.

Our 2nd time staying here and the room we get was more than we expected! Spacious with window and Ampang Point view, live busking down below but it wasn't a problem to us and we enjoyed it so much!
