definitely location and the great room design.

2 things: room air conditioned didn’t work and pillows. pillows too stiff and bulky so I couldn’t sleep well.

The hotel is superbly pretty and it is very near to central market area. Hence, of you want to explore central market area you should stay here as everything is walking distance. My first time staying in this place, as I want to try out. Also, this hotel is literally next to pasar seni (central market) lrt and mrt. its not even 5 mins of walking!

The air conditioner in my room is very warm. Ive waited for 15mins to 45mins till the last day of my stay and it was not cold at all. Inform the staff and mention will send out technician, but the one who check it out is a security guard? weird. lol. Inform again during night time that my aircond is still very warm and the staff during night has an “attitude” for some reason. He was very much interested to clean the concierge table rather greet nor address your concern. I also book this place prior, but it was cancelled despite calling the hotel and i spoke to the person who got attitude. Aircond and the night shift staff at the concierge is my least fav thing about this place.

The location is good for the KLIA airport link, public transport and China Town. Great multiple U.K. / Asia plug sockets + multi USB bedside points. Clever lighting options. Good views from higher rooms. Mini Safe. Mini Fridge + Free Water. Free Wifi. Strong AC. Extra pillows, (in a secret drawer,) 1x firm & 1x soft pillow option. Well done 👏🏼 Very helpful staff and constant lobby vigilance by the ever present security officer.

Minor irritations that could very easily be sorted out - (Otherwise would have scored 10.) BBC News Channel listed but not available. (NO English speaking channels available.) No "sink" soap dispenser. (You have to step INTO the shower.) Not ONE single door or wall mounted coat "hook" in the entire room. Almost invisible, hazardously sharp, toe breaking step down into ensuite. (Ouch !) Most SE Asian capital hotels offer free loan umbrellas. (Not this one.)

Close proximity to everything! LRT metro, central station, Cinema Town and Little India. Loads of places to eat, even upstairs in Central Market which is like 1 min. walk away. A bus station is also I close by, if you, like me, prefer to see the cityscape. For some reason I remember the shower being just perfect and provided a good start to the day. Don’t bother with breakfast, lots of options close by. Staff were excellent…and ‘well behaved’ ( a term used in many reviews in India). Excellent wifi, though a little hit and miss during the daytime due to heavy usage. Lobby area was amazingly welcoming with couches everywhere.

Check-in somewhat tedious. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Chinatown location is great, a fascinating area to explore. Staff are helpful, big comfortable lobby. Easy access to the beautiful Lake Gardens.

Maintenance issues, the last 3 rooms I’ve had here have all had problems. Staff try their best, I believe it’s a management issue. This time, I was offered a new room straight away, staff said he was aware of the problems & wanted them fixed but…(shrug). The room I moved to also had faults.

Location is very near with metro just less than 3minutes walk from metro. The metro next to hotel is Kelana Jaya line connected to Klcc, kampong baru and ampang park (interchange station to mrt putrajaya) and also Mrt connected to this hotel is going to bukit bintang and kajang (malaysian satay). Ktm commuter also interconnect to this station for going to batu caves. Furthermore this hotel is next to local bus hub can hopon klgo free bus here and also stop for klhoponhopoff bus. Infront this hotel is Central market. Just waking distance to merdeka square, National mosque, bird park, river of life and also petaling street. Overall room is good.

If you book hotel and would like to get silent environment, kindly request room that not facing to national mosque or pos besar since this is facing train station

All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Love the mini fridge and the countertop! The desk was quite convenient too. The ironing room has both the steam garment iron and the normal iron. The room is provided with a window so you can see the view. I suppose this is the best place to stay as it is just a step from the LRT, MRT and KTM (you have to walk a bit). There's a bus service behind the premise in case you plan on going somewhere that makes this hotel really convenient. Last but not least, parking space is available too (with a fee).

The floor was a bit dusty probably and made us sneeze once we stepped inside of the room. The bathroom could need some scrubbing on all the walls, the shower glass walls too. The toilet had a leak every single time we flush it. The refills in the shower and shampoo should be refilled. The air-conditioning system is not cool enough. The premise could have more receptionists on duty because we only had one receptionist that time. The receptionist should be a bit efficient to serve us during check-in procedure because it took quite a time and guests had to wait in turns.

Chinatown location is the best, a fascinating blend here of old & new. Trendy, bohemian, traditional & gritty all in one. There have always been homeless people in this area but their numbers have really increased a lot lately. Some people may find this a bit challenging but it’s just a part of Chinatown, I love it here. Staff are all very pleasant, rooms are good, big windows have nice views. Comfortable big lobby with many nice chairs & couches to relax.

Some corners are cut on the cleaning but overall it’s OK.

located at the center of the city. lots of nearby attractions. The receptionist were very friendly including the one of the guards on duty (immediately turn on the ac if he saw you sitting at the lounge). limited parking lot, but there is a very helpful person in charge to park your car (rm10 per entry)

something wrong with the water heater shower. inconsistent supply of hot temperatures water

The room good for 3 pax was bigger than i exoected. The wifi is good. The hotel is literally right next to a train station and very near the Central Market. For its location, the daily rate for the room is actually cheap.

They dont offer slippers. The receptionists are not knowledgeable enough about tourism information. And they didn't reply to any of emails asking for help in gettibg to their hotel from the airport.
