The receptionist, pool guy and the chef was so friendly..we went there during Raya so .they served us with Raya food such as desserts, chicken rendang, lontong, serunding nasi lemak,laksa for breakfast..The chef gave us raya cookies..We enjoyed our stay there..

I liked the breakfast & swimming pool. The staff were also very cordial.There were a lot of facilities. The hotel was very clean and it is at a good location.

Nothing, we liked everything. However, At night we got only 7Eleven without any shops and very silent environment for walking purposes. Overall, it was excellent.

We spent here 2 nights. 2 adults + 2 kids. We had room with 1 kingsize bed and 1 standard bed. The hotel is 4stars but I think should be 3stars. The personal was great, nice people, willing to help anytime. Also breakfast was fine and everybody can find their own. Garage is directly in the hotel which is priceless. There are more prices for parking. If you want to pay as a guest, you must inform the reception every time you leave the hotel with the car. Otherwise you will pay full tax. Resume - older hotel with very nice and professional personal and very good breakfast. Finally we felt there good.

What I missed was small towel next to sink in the bathroom, we had only big towels. Then I miss towel on the floor so after shower, there was a lot of water everywhere. The equipment of the room was functional but old. Also the lift to the garage is "uniqe". These details makes the final impression.

I was rushing to catch the next bus out off KL to Melaka when I left my phone on the bed. I called the next day spoke to a staff from House keeping and they confirmed saying they have my phone on hand. I was blown away with how honest the staff are and how they kept their word till my phone was sent to my sister through Grab

Everything was good about the hotel. They have a restaurant on the ground floor which was very useful. Their breakfast was nice.

They should clean the floors thoroughly. Although they did way above average. They need to invest in TV channels, only showed channels in local language.

This hotel is located at Old KL and a lot of amenities is available. The breakfast is ok since a lot of menu there. The parking is a lot but need to paid rm3 per entry.

A lot of homeless all the way go to hotel. Need to paid Rm3 per entery of the parking so make sure you buy everything before you go and stay there.

Location in City Centrre, Affordable price, Room comfort and cleanliness. Staff were polite. Breakfast good. Worth Your Money. Perfect for family or Group travellers. Quiet and peaceful surrounding.

Staff must tell us clearly about parking info to guests. I told i have car but she didnt bother to take down my car number or inform me about parking rules.

Great location, we stay here every year during MIFF exhibition. Great stuff, we asked for early check in and early check out, our breakfast was moved to time we needed, wonderful hostability, nice friendly staff. Pleasant view from the room.

Location of hotel ideal , no disturbance of noise during the night. Breakfast provided is good since it consist of varities Malaysian dishes.

Cafe staff not well speaking in English and bahasa Malaysia, had difficulty when order food for in- house dining.

Breakfast was not up to mark. Chole was not properly cooked. Indian Food Dal Tadka was served without Tadka. Much more important required
