Stylish hotel at a very convenient location with nice views of the KL tower and park. The staff was very friendly and professional, service was excellent. I had a king corner room which was fantastic, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Also liked the pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel opened recently so some things were still being refined, nothing major to note however.

Small by KL standards, but well situated opposite the KL tower and 15 mins walk from Petronas towers. Shops and restaurants all within a few mins walk. Stunning views from corner suite room and bathroom which is well designed. Roof top pool is wonderful and most days had it to ourselves. Plenty to choose from at breakfast. Super comfy bed :)

The reception desk is located round the corner from the entrance so no interaction when coming and going and didn't get to know staff like we did in previous hotels and therefore no personalised service. Silver Monkey restaurant is very expensive by KL standards. The food was great, but we choose to eat elsewhere the other nights because of the cost. Overall though it is an excellent hotel and would stay there again.

The design is refreshing as they incorporated local cultures into it. The room was clean despite having a lot of decorations that could collect dusts. The bed was very comfortable too. Everything felt new and well maintained. We had the most interaction with the hotel staffs at Wok Star. They were very attentive towards our requests for some modifications of the menu. They also entertained my small kids, making us feel welcome despite not being known for a kids’ friendly hotel.

I wish the pool is heated & has a designated area for the children. The location & design of the hotel shall attract guests with small children to stay there. It’d be nice to have kids pool albeit a small one.

Very well done decor reflecting heritage of the country. It’s sparkling new thing located in heart of the city.

The staff was massively overstretched. Terry picked up the call when we asked for our luggage to be taken downstairs. He turned up on 19th floor in 3 minutes. When we got to the reception he was doing the check-ins and checkouts. And eventually helped us place the luggage in our cabs when it eventually arrived. While terry is a rockstar this is not how these hotels should be managed. Also when you arrive there is no welcome - not even a fake smile. The check-in process is lethargic.

I like the location and the swimming pool. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. It is value for money.

I think because it is a new hotel, there were problems with the room cleaning. It is either late in the afternoon and in one occasion, it was not done at all. This could be improved in future. Secondly, the taxi or grab waiting area, which was underneath the building leading to the underground parking, was not indicated or not clearly marked and several times the drivers were waiting outside. True that the security guards could informed the drivers when they arrived but sometimes guards were not there or it was raining heavily. Maybe a signboard would help.

The hotel was a state of the art building, super modern and well decorated! The staff is so nice and helpful. Our bedroom was super clean and tidy, the bathroom was beautiful with an amazing view over they city, bath tub and shower. There’s a big TV and the bed is big and really comfortable. Location is great, as it’s 16 min walking distance to the Petronas Towers and to great street food markets! The gym is well equipped and the pool is on the roof top with a breathtaking view! We only stayed 3 nights but wished we had stayed more! Great service, 10-10 stars 🌟

I liked everything

I thought the stay exceeded my expectation. I was choosing between a Novotel / Four Points / Crowne Plaza, and rather than a more standard generic set up, this hotel is fill with interseting design elements in the lobby and room. It's quite refreshing and at a similar price point, am glad I tried this hotel out and will be happy to return.

In terms of luxury level, it cannot compare to Pullman and Intercon or other similar hotels so if you are expecting usual plush, this hotel is slighly lacking. And considering the hotel just opened, it seems the flooring in the room is extremely scratched. The bathroom light design is also a little weird, as it turns on automatically but you need to physcially switched them off when you leave. That makes for some pretty annoying midnight bathroom visits.

We were greeted with a welcome drink and a refreshing towel, which was amazing after a 14 hour flight. Lobby smelled amazing everytime we walked in. The bed was very comfortable, perfect for a jetlag. They have great breakfast with many options and the hotel has a perfect location. Loved the interior as well.

The service in the restaurant is not very fast and they forget some of the orders, but when reminded, they get your order pretty quickly. They also charged us too much while taking a deposit. Seems like they withdrew the payment of the room from our creditcard alongside the deposit, when we had already paid for the booking.

Its super nice and clean The designs of hotel is so unique and cozy! Staff are very supportive, always smiling and they help you on spot. The location of the hotel is amazing and close to center The view of the suite is gorgeous The prices of the hotel is so fairly reasonable and affordable

The breakfast was the worst thing. They need to work on enhancing their food and food types. They don't serve so much international food and the availables are not tasty

Absolutely fantastic place. We took a corner room at a higher floor and the view at the city (including Merdeka 118) through floor to ceiling windows was fantastic. That view was also available from the bathroom. :) The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good and varied. The location was fantastic, just at the KL Tower, a few minutes walk from Petronas Towers and the city center and about 20 minutes walk from Pasar Seni. The swimming pool at the roof was also a fantastic place to get some relax.
