the staffs friendly and helpful. although i reach around 1pm, they let us checked in before 3pm without any surcharge. That's great because the kids were tired after their trip down from Genting Highland.

we booked two rooms, while the standard room has a chair, there's none at the family room. for a family room, at least 2 chairs would be preferred. The lobby is small, and only 2 chairs available. Thus while waiting for transport, of which can be as long as half an hour, it would be better if more seats are available, especially for those traveling with old people and kids

I chose this hotel because of its location. MRT & Monorail station just nearby about 300m and easy access to Pavilion, Isetan, Sungai Wang, street food at Jalan Alor, famous KL 'shibuya crossing', Friendly & helpful front desk. House keeping was superb. Overall i'm satisfied and definitely would come back and stay here again.

Just the 1st day during check in where the thrash inside bathroom was not emptied. Can be improved, no worries.

Room was good, jacuzzi was fantastic. the location is very strategic to commute to anywhere (near train station). Halal Food also very easy to get.

The only downturn is only no parking provided.

The property is right in the centre of Bukit Bintang. A very safe and crowded location with food. But the hotel is quite soundproof , hence very peaceful too. Laundry nearby and tonnes of food. 7 minutes walk to Pavillion, 4 minutes walk to Lot10 is the highlight.

Rooms are a little older, bathroom a little moldy, towel a little damp so I can smell and noticed that it is an old towel.

Fantastic location that is just a short walk from the mrt station. Lots of food options easily accessible from the hotel. Located just off the main road so we got peace and quiet as well. Friendly and efficient staff, check in and check out was a breeze

Price was higher than average 3 star hotels due to the good location. Room just met the basics, it was really small and cramped. Soundproofing was no good. Cleanliness is passable if you don't inspect too closely.

1) In the heart of BB 👍🏼 2) Less than 10 mins of WALKING DISTANCE to shawarma spots, kunafa, Family Mart, Jalan Alor, mega malls & train stations. 3) Comfortable beds. 4) Ample space for Muslims to pray 😊 5) Two small TVs for each bed. 6) Plenty power outlets. 7) Lift 8) AC works just fine too. 9) The shower doesn’t have a glass window, don’t worry 😅

Food good with affordable price near with monorail, MRT Bukit Bintang i'll be here again in future There is parking hotel, maybe in future i'll just park near hotel. alot parking there but u need to come early

The location is perfect, within walking distance of Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square, Sungei Wang, and Bukit Bintang monorail, among others. The staff are also friendly. While the room is small and offers limited facilities, it is reasonable given the price range, making it a good value for money.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel bed was sufficiently large to accommodate 2 regular-sized people comfortably. The hotel bathroom was spacious, clean and equipped with basic amenities and toiletries. The hotel's multi-level car parking system is modeled on those in Japan and is a marvel to witness in action. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is conveniently located in the heart of Bukit Bintang near the Pavilion KL, Fahrenheit88 and Lot 10 shopping malls, as well as the Bukit Bintang MRT and Monorail stations.

The hotel room was slightly cramped, leaving not much space to move around. The hotel room desk was small and did not provide much space for placing a laptop on it. There was a noticeable lack of lighting directly above the hotel bed. The hotel itself does not have a swimming pool or gymnasium.

Very good location, everything is very close, so no need for extra expenses for transportation. All arab restaurants are around also Pavillion and others.. And the most important thing that crew were very nice and so polite.

Small room, small lobby and bad view, but still good choice
