Check-in and check-out to my desired times (late & very early) was quickly made possible and entire communcation with the host was super quick and direct using WhatsApp. The apartments is perfectly located in the city center, right next to the petronas towers and Suria Mall. The big pool and roof top pools (!) are accessible free of charge, one even featuring a rooftop bar with an amazing view on the towers and entire city. We also requested a free access card for parking which was very convenient. Apartment is spacious, air-conditioned and quiet. Water and coffee was provided. Bed is fine, cleanliness also very good.

Really only minor stuff: Replacing the towels by default after some time would be nice, the waiting times for the lift can stretch a bit in the rush hour and a quick guide to the entire complex would be great - but discovering it is also fun.

Great location, view of the towers, great facilities in the building.

We booked 2 x 2 bed apartments with 1 bathroom. However, the 1 bathroom is an en suite - ie not a separate bathroom - which is misleading and wasn’t what we were looking for given each apartment had 2 couples. The listing should make it clear that the bathroom is an en suite to avoid disappointment. Additionally, we booked one of the apartments for 5 people, but upon arrival there were only beds for 4 people, the host did wheel an additional bed up to us but again the room and bed set up was not as advertised.

Location, room, pool

The way you’re supposed to know that you have to call to get your room keys. Check out was difficult. We were in a rush and it took time to give the keys back. The electric keys we were given could open another guest room. Could anybody enter our room?

I liked EVERYTHING about this place! First of all special thanks to RANA for being such an amazing host. He arranged a early check in for us, made sure the apartment was clean and spotless, our wifi didn’t work so he made sure to come and connect it himself in less than a minute, he gave a proper walkthrough about all the facilities in the building including water dispenser at 6th floor, pools on the 6th and 69th level etc. The hotel is so luxurious in such a affordable price! The location is so amazing! Right next to the Petronas twin towers!!! 5 minutes walk to KLCC park, 10 minutes walk to NZ curry house and other convenient stores. If you have a car, you get a free parking space! The apartment was stunning! Amazing kitchenette area with a fridge, electric stove, oven, washing machine, cuttlery, plates and pans! The living room has a decent sofa, a bed, tv, dining table. The master bedroom has a dressing table with a big mirror, a king size bed, night stand with a lamp, a closet and a window with a lovely city view! The view is to die for. The bathroom was so beautiful and clean! Hair dryer, towels, toiletries etc were all provided. A hot iron and iron stand and 3 umbrellas were provided in the closet. The weather gets unpredictable and rainy so the umbrellas were great! The second bedroom is very small but it works great for the kids. The rooftop pool in the 69th floor was breathtaking!!! Petronas twin tower and KL tower were the main attractions from the roof top pool! The pool is so modern and classy! So luxurious and beautiful!! Check out the pictures

I liked everything

The room views at 32 lvl were nice (not looking at Petronas towers like the pictures though). Room interior as in the pictures. Rooftop views and 6 lvl pools were great. Restaurants within the building very nice. Ability to do laundry and cook on the pots was nice. Very fast elevators. Baby cot provided.

We had to wait for the host some time and he was not very welcoming, just said follow me. The room smelled closed when we entered and there was no cleaning service, nor a vaccum cleaner or mop in the room. No bath (shower only), private pool, fireplace, sauna inside the room as stated in the room amenities. Cockroach in the room found the last day. TV is barely working. Airco was noisy at the living room.

Clean, fantastic view, fast wifi

Apartment's building had amazing facilities. The rooftop pool and the gym were my absolute favorites. The location is unbeatable, right in the KL City Centre, a stone's throw from the famous Petronas Towers. The apartment itself was big and very spacious, you could truly sense the 'feel like home' vibe. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I strongly appreciated the availability of a laundry machine, iron and ironing table. The host was fully responsive and available for keys handover and additional inquiries.

Just two towels available for a 4+ nights of stay was not enough. I am sure the host would have provided extra on request, but I think this should have also been considered in advance. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was way too expensive for its average quality. I understand this was not part of my booking, but I find it important for future guests to know. I find some details of the apartment to lack a bit of refreshing maintenance, like the toilet floor corners. Overall, these minor improvement points did not influence negatively on my comfort during the stay.

Best Location, fantastic pool with best view at the rooftop, great hotel facilities

I liked a pool at the rooftop, but it wasn't infinity pool. There was no view for petronas towers from the room. The biggest problem was the lack of hot water in a shower.

It was great that there was a possibility to buy breakfast buffee on the rooftop bar. Rooftop pool is great, the wievs are amazing. Very convenient to have a washing machine in the room, so we were ably to do some laundry.

To only downside was that we had to wait to get the keys (check-in) although we had informed our arrival time beforehand. And checking out was even slower, our host told us that he´ll come in 5-10 mins but we had to wait half an hour (and we had informed him well beforehand about our schedule). So make sure you have plenty of time to go to the airport when you´re checking out.

Thanks to Mr. Apo for accommodating us during our delayed flight at night. We will book again once we come back in KL. The hotel location is very nice and in front view of Petronas Tower! It feels like home when you stay on this hotel. Thanks!

Card is not working on the elevator and need to use the service lift always. Hoping they can fix it and will not ask the guard to tap in. We always write down the timing when we ask the guard to use his card to tap on the elevator.
