Gym space was wonderful, well equipped. Good clean quite spacious hotel. The breakfast spread was good too, but it was a bit crowded and narrow to move around the food hall. The staff was friendly though, that makes up a lot on whatever short comings they have. Nice stay.

The mall attached was a bit run down. Was there on business so the basics are ok. Wasn't expecting a lot of entertainment here. Still the elevator was a bit creepy with missing buttons and flashing florescent lights. You kinda have to drive there so parking at the mall seems unavoidable.

Room is good and everything needed was in the room for a business trip

The Breakfast .. I cannot take beef .. and there was more dishes on beef and I don’t have much choice to eat specially for western. Worst part is on my day 2 breakfast the Rendang was not labeled.. Day 1 was chicken but day 2 is beef . I thought it was lamb .. Luckily my colleague told me before i eat .. i ask the staff to confirm were it beef or lamb .. even they took around 5 minutes to confirm on that .. Later he came and confirmed it was beef .. The point is even those working there took time to confirm it .. how about customers? Please label it .. Not everyone is islam and can eat beef. If Incase i accidentally took it .. I could sue the hotel now .. Other than that everything was good .

Clean and well decorated as expected of 5 star hotel. Service was prompt. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pool had a great view. The rooftop restuarant had reasonable prices for food and drinks for a hotel bar. Hotel is located above paradigm mall (lotus supermarket in the basement) so it is pretty convenient to find food options and do some light shopping.

location is a bit remote. We were there for a wedding so it worked for our purposes. Prices are only slightly cheaper than the KL sentral le meridien so it's regular price for a 5 star hotel but doesn't feel like good value for money.

Hotel next to paradigm mall which is blessing. Room is ok, at least it's clean. For 4 nights stay best to include club lounge access so can work in lounge instead of the room. Body wash has no smell but shampoo is great with peppermint. Room with day bed good to sit and watch tv. Club lounge afternoon tea comes with a bread and cake...more choice be better. Club lounge staffs are helpful and nice but lack of knowledge such as if call out from room is chargeable or not...but staff helps to call the biz outlet so am thankful .. Overall is a great stay...guys if u staying in KL spend few days in Petaling jaya esp do go shop paradigm mall, the pricings there including Watsons and guardian and shopping are much cheaper then in KL Sentral such as pavilion, mid valley or sutra mall... Body wash... lock body wash, how to wash leg?..club lounge food variety and no Champaign for evening cocktail gosh...staffs knowledge of stuffs.limited tv channels..

Good service. Comfortable facilities. Food doesn't disappoint. Quality bath amenities. The area is spacious. The room is well designed, pleasing to the eyes and comfortable.

Floors can be quite dusty. The pillows were too soft, and sank so much that it felt as if it's not there. Lack of control over which lights i want to keep on or off, making the room too dim or too bright at times.

The staff was really friendly. The room was really clean and very quiet as I expected. I'm looking forward to staying there again for sure. It was my 2nd time staying in the New World Hotel ( PJ) and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Malaysia.

We have been staying at the formal New World Hotel a few times prior the pandemic and now post pandemic, it has changed to Le Meridian Hotel. The location is excellent. The staff was quick in response.

The body wash and hair wash was not sufficient for two people. The whole hotel such as rooms, hallways and all other parts of the building should have done spray to reduce the mosquitoes. Laundry bags and room slippers quality were not as good quality as previous New World Hotel.

Clean and neat rooms. Higher floors have a great view. Convenient distance to the mall.

Breakfast time was havoc — lots of people and insufficient staff who could actually help. There were 2 people manning the entrance to greet everyone, but no one to help find you a table or clean up tables for the next seating. Not a good experience when you’re rushing to work.

I got free upgrade to King Suite and room was beautiful! I really love the bathroom where they placed the bath tub. Its super clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep. Service was great as well. The receptionist are polite and whenever i enquired, they answered to me well. Breakfast was good but could be better. Wish they have a few more choices for us to pick. (Maybe i am just hungry). Overall, i would say the breakfast was just nice! Location is slightly further away from the city/popular area like Bukit Bintang, Pavilion mall. Grab charged 38rm during high demand and the travelling time is about 25 minutes to Pavilion. From KLIA2 to the hotel is exactly 50 minutes far. But good thing, there is a mall just beside the hotel. Easy to access, so there is no issue on that. There is 7/11 too. I was there for business convention and it is easily accessible to the ballroom.

Wifi - I have problem connecting to wifi when i was at the ballroom. Even tried connecting to the conference wifi but i am not able to connect. The main wifi for hotel guests was not able to connect too when i am at the ballroom. I hope this can be resolve.

Location ambience n nice decor to make it cosy pleasant n comfortable. Rooftop is nicely done with the pool. Room is big clean n well decorated. Wide room hallways give a luxurious n comfortable feel. Pleasant and polite staff.

Complicated carpark which is shared among hotel, office and shopping mall. Not straightforward access. Got to come back late otherwise unable to get nearby lots.
