Excellent facilities (pool, gym etc). Apartment was good value for money and was perfect for what we needed (somewhere to sleep during a busy weekend), but we might have reconsidered if we needed to spend more time in the accommodation. Kitchen seemed good but didn't use it.

No hot water, no soap or hand towels, nowhere to hang towels, very hard mattresses. No reception to ask for help or WiFi password outside of room. Smell in communal corridors.

I just like the swimming pools for my kids. The apartment unit was so basic. No water dispenser

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilets. There was a noticeable urine odor, and I had to clean the floors myself to eliminate the smell. While the accommodation offered a relaxing staycation experience, having access to streaming services like Netflix would have significantly enhanced the entertainment options during my downtime. This is a suggestion for future guest consideration.

- Attractive price for a 3BR apartment. - Nice, clean and enough amenities. - Comfy stay.

- Early checkout - 10am (maybe that's why the price is quite cheap. - Confusing parking space. - My friend actually had a conflict with the owner via whatsapp because they were asking for our IC copy and and IC Number. Not everyone is willing to share since this is data privacy. Owner should've just mention that it's the direction from the residence's management and show the letter (i saw it in the lift) instead of saying if we don't want to give, then park outside. It's not professional.

The 3 bedrooms apartment is suitable for my family members. Netflix and wifi is one value added because i love watching movies. The cleanliness is superb. Overall..i probably will come again.

The host should consider to install drinking water filter so that i don't need to bring own mineral water. Most important, the host should change the mattress or put a topper/mattress pad esp. at the 3rd room. It's so hard and uncomfortable even my daughter also complained about it.

Overall the room was very spacious and we really enjoyed the stay. The facilities was great mainly the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed the stay and we will definitely return again.

Only that the check-out time is very short (10am) as we did not have enough time to spend more time in the pool in the morning. The security guard was a bit rude cause we had another visitor with car that was not allowed entry into the apartment despite for only couple of hours.

location is good, check in/check out process is smooth. high speed wifi, comes with 3 room and 2 bathroom. sofa, tv box, fully equip kitchen

floor is little bit dusty

Check in and check out instructions was clear. As we stayed more than 3 days, it's manageable. Kitchen utensils are quite equipt and have full sets. So, cooking was easy. The apartment provide shower gel and shampoo, and white clean towels. My News store downstairs has almost everything so, not bad. Grab service available, but you have to collect at the guardhouse due to covid. Tesco Extra/Lotus's was 2 min drive for grocery shopping. Great location. Good for a short or long stay.

Not really happy with the cleanliness welcoming us. It looks neat and clean, but there are dust here and there around the corner, visible from far. Thankfully I found a vacuum, so we did some cleaning around the edges. The dustbin at the kitchen was metal, I'm sure it was never cleaned because it's almost rusty. I even wiped it myself and it was dirty. The walls surrounding the bin has old stains. We found a fresh Mcdonald fried chicken and sambal in the microwave when we arrived and checked the kitchen. The beds were basic. It was hard and pillows are flat basic. The remote for ACs need battery change. Some are not working Plus, we didn't get to experience the facilities due to covid, too bad.

The apartment was good. Pool was good too.

The Airhost was late in refunding the deposit. It took more than 7 days and even that i had to remind them to refund the money.

The location is strategic and also the facilities and also the comfort of the unit is superb.

Honestly, might need to do something about the pillow. It hurts my neck and also it is not really clean. May consider new fluffy pillow 😅

Privacy and additional bedroom. Original booking indicated two rooms, actual is three bedrooms with queen size bed for all the rooms.

Guess bathroom is very small. Bathroom inside master bedroom is more spacious.
