The location is superb. You can avoid the hustle bustle of Bukit Bintang and yet stay very close to heart of the city. Restaurant, convenience store, malls everything can be found at 5-6 minutes walking distance. We also needed the space for a comfortable stay with parents and our toddler- who had the most fun staying indoors during rain/ at night. We never missed our home thanks to all the amenities we got there. Washing clothes, cooking meals, having a family style dinner with our grab delivery was very helpful. We also got fresh towels, linens, kitchen and room cleaned everyday so no complaints there. Also loved the check in and check out process ( we called from the airport and got our rooms 2 hours before usual time) and the friendly bellboy (Mr. Emadul) and the guard.

The property, although kept clean, is clearly showing its age. It would do well to go through a bit of an upgrade. The rooms aren’t moldy, just needs new furnitures that’s all.

The coffee shops with halal food just in front of the hotel and 24hrs convenient store. Location is near to Bukit Bintang. If u know the shortcuts its accessible by walking.

The breakfast spread is average. But the queue is long n since seats are limited u have to wait around 15-20mins till ur turn. N d queue is where the lift lobby n the concierge situated(hotel lobby). So while queueing u have to make way here n there for guests who r using the lift n also the door to the carpark. The bellboy/staff wont be assisting u with ur luggages even though they r free unless u ask them to. They just see u struggle carrying ur luggages out from d car. Unlike other hotels i stayed before, they were the ones who approached the guests. Carpet in d room looks very old n should b removed instead if not replacing new ones. N d chair at d kitchen island too. 2 of the 4 wheels were off n u cant even sit on it. So i dont see why its still kept.

Our room aircond was malfunction, the staff came asap.n got free room upgrade for that matter, Staff were very helpful especially those Malay staff at the front desk, please reward him accordingly, if happen the staff is not given anything for him due to his professional service, I will boycott this hotel forever.. The toilet n room is spotless clean.. Not an average room, room is huge ample parking, I do hope later, this hotel provide room service for food BF was okay for taste n variety

I text the hotel mx via booking.com twice just to confirm regarding payment with no reply..it really piss me off, This is the first time experience that I don't receive ANY input regarding my question/ feedback from hotel , with almost made me to rate this hotel below 5/10

We loved our stay at ParkRoyal Services suites. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Spacious rooms - well equipped kitchen, good coffee and tea options in the room. Breakfast was good for us. The staff were helpful and courteous. The pool located at the top floor is amazing. The hotel is at a walking distance to all places we had planned to go - bar and food street nearby, malls at walking distance (we did not need any public transport - except airport). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Some of the neighbouring areas / roads were not very pleasing to walk by. We preferred to take alternate and longer routes to get back to the hotel on foot. Pool closing time should be extended in the evenings - we couldn't enjoy the pool every day as we got back to the hotel after 8p.m.

Just like the Nasi Kahwin Hari Hari - Easy to source for halal eateries and foods - 24 hours shop just opposite the hotel - Walking distance to McDonalds where it's easy-to-get last minute supper - Few minutes' drive to Pavilion, Sungei Wang, the busking street, Bukit Bintang - All staffs were amazingly friendly and accommodative

Just that the hotel is situated around pubs, and it gets pretty distracting seeing tipsy people nearby the hotel on Saturdays. So for female smokers, if you need a puff along the hotel lobby's corridor, please get someone to accompany you! Otherwise, you'll be mistaken as a call girl!

The hotel location is very good Breakfast is nice. Rooms are fair size

Property seems to need up lifting and need maintenance. It felt like it was a bit tired in comparison when I stayed 4 years ago

The location and the size of the apartments are amazing with a view of the KL tower from ours and the roof top pool with a view of the petronas towers and city. The staff are welcoming and friendly with great hospitality and help when you need, having great local knowledge. The door security guys are most helpful and always friendly when you ask where to go for whatever it is you need. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, spacious and with good facilities. It is walking distance to some of the best food in KL with the streets full of hawker and traditional Malaysian cuisine. The breakfast menu is fantastic with both Asian and western cuisines offered but is busy so get in early. The rooftop pool is clean and with some great views with a hot and cold spa and plenty of sunbeds. As a family of four with two teenagers this was perfect for our stay in KL. Most definitely worth the stay when in KL.

There was nothing not to enjoy

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing.

The room is spacious, comfortable and feels homely.

Breakfast selection is quite limited. On the second day's breakfast, we were told by the staff at the eggs station that each guest is only allowed to order once and is limited to a maximum of 2 eggs. Am very surprised with this new 'rule' since we were not informed of this during check-in or at the previous day's breakfast. Even more surprised that there is a limit since it is supposedly a breakfast buffet. Recommend the hotel to expand the breakfast area to accommodate more guests, especially during the peak hours. Carpark entrance and exit ramps should be expanded, it's way too narrow and can easily caused the guests to scratch their cars.

The hotel was at great location. The most happening place is just walk away from the hotel. 24/7 food available nearby. Lots of Bangladeshi, Indian & Arabian Foods are available nearby. The hotel was clean,rooms were big with proper facilities. The staffs are very supportive, well mannered & cooperative. Recommended for Solo, Couple & Family.

The restaurant was very small for the large number of guests. It was very congested. Breakfast items were limited. Taste is not that good.
