The room was extremely clean, tidy and located in a strategic area. Local food was always around, with a 24 hour 7/11. It was not far from the city centre, as a GrabCar ride was cheap and quick. The hotel was a close walk away to the MRT & LRT station. The room was comfortable, with necessary amenities suited for our stay. The staff were also excellent. Ram was extremely helpful and friendly - he went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly pleasant. The house keeper Khan was also really accomodating to our requests. To top it off, it is extremely affordable!!

There were no windows but we did not have a problem with that considering the price and the AC worked perfectly!

Conveniently located. Walking distance from LRT and Monotel. About 30 minutes from KL Sentral. Simple room, no fluff, but comfortable and quiet. Next to a hospital, but I never heard an ambulance! 😁 The staff is friendly and helpful. Ran, at the reception, was always available to answer my questions and guided me to find my way in KL. Khan kept the room clean and tidy. The complementary coffee and water bottles are a welcome addition.

The lack of windows might turn off some people and make you loose the sense of time when working! 😉

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. They even carried our bags upstairs as there was no lift, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is very convenient, right next to food outlets and a 7-Eleven, making it easy to grab anything you need. Plus, it's super convenient for Grab pickups. Highly recommended for its excellent service and strategic location!

The bed sheets had some stains, and I noticed a bit of dust under the bed and on the shelves.

A very cozy place with a convenient location and the kindest, most responsive manager in the world, named Ram 🤗 This guy was always ready to help, offer useful advice, and recommend must-visit spots in this beautiful city. Another plus is that there are several tasty restaurants and shops right next to the hotel!

I reach at night, due to bad traffic. I messaged the hotel and quickly replied OK. Still, I arrived slightly later but the hotel still reserved my room. And I was so glad. Room is super clean, smells great, AC was cool.

Need to be alert on public parking payment, but at a such location is acceptable.

The staff were very helpful.. Since I bring along my mother, the staff help with our bags and upgraded our stay to deluxe. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff even arranged parking exactly infront of the hotel to assist us

In my room only hve 2 sockets. The tv one and beside the bed. Yang lain okay je. No lift and susah sikit dapat parking but still okayy

I like the location, easy to find food. The staff Mr Ram was very welcoming and friendly. His service was also very good. I'll definitely come back here again.

The only problem was that the toilet seat was quite loose. The rest was very good.

I like how the staff friendly, they also helpful, & i think the way they do the service are excellent, eventho they're hotel is just 3.5 stars. More over i really recommend those who want to searching for budget hotel, this is good.
