Location. Never empty. So many people 24 hours. Feel safe. Eating also affordable in the area. Trust me I have been to KL so many times and tried several areas of KL. Petaling street area is the best. But this hotel is a gem. Normally in Petaling street hotels room are small and quite old. Tho it's clean. But this hotel has big room and big toilet. And clean linens are new. Very comfortable bed. Surprisingly good. Try soya milk drink very famous uncle in petaling street market. In the intersection of market.

Self check in. I prefer talking to human (reception) than machine. Please stop this machine era. We need more human

We got changed to a different room as our first smelt badly of smoke and the bathroom had recently been used/dirty (also didn't have a window). But once in the second room it was great. Super comfy bed, good shower pressure. The young man doing evening check in and the lady I think running the place were very kind, helpful and friendly. Great location. Go try the beef noodles place!

The older man who was doing the night shift was pretty rude and sexist. As before, the room we first were given was dirty and smelt badly of smoke but the younger guy doing the check in resolved the issue quickly for us. More than one socket would be helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Petaling Street and close to the Pasar Seni MRT Station. The self check-in worked fine and there was also friendly staff around to assist. It was very clean - nearly spotlessly - which I didn't expect to be honest. From the window of my room there was a view of the Merdeka 118 building. It was unexpectedly quiet in the room and the bed was super comfortable, so I slept quite well there. There's a lift, AC worked well and the water pressure was good, too. Stayed 7 nights and would stay there again. Good value for the money.

The room was very small and there was no wardrobe or anything to put your stuff in. No problem for a short stay, but if you stay longer, this might get inconvenient.

That's Malaysia. This hotel had sevray but no CNN, BBC, ABC, France 24, DW, Bloomberg, NHK,...,...NO real cable/satellite TV. 🙄 Self check-in (maybe not that bad as there is Indian helpful guy).

Location , easy access to Pasar Seni MRT/LRT. Many food restaurants (lala bee hoon , KFC, Bak kwa, famous fried bean curbs , bitter gourd , binjal at Mandras Street, wontoon noodles , etc) Near Chinatown Many convenient stores (7 Eleven, KK and etc) Clean and good air-conditioning at 3 th floor room. Staff respond to request (new towels, coffee powder, miniral water and etc) via WhatsApp very prompt & fast. Allow early check-in at 10 am & late checkout at 1 pm at no extra charge . Friendly staff who allowed me to store my luggages at ground floor after checkout and to collect them at a later hours on the same day.

Amazing stay! It is one of the best hotel to stay at an affordable rate. It is also quite a new concept where there is a self-service check-in kiosk available in the lobby to which it is super user-friendly and I could easily get the room key within minutes!! This hotel has maintained their cleanliness which makes the room became super pleasant and cozy for us, and not to forget, the staff are also very friendly and helpful!! Besides, this hotel is also located right in the heart of KL where it is easily accessible to the public transport - MRT Station Pasar Seni and within walking distance to Chinatown KL!! There are also plenty of good foods available around the hotel, which is very convenient and easily accessible. It is indeed a very pleasant stay, will definitely recommend it to my family and friends! Those who are reading this review, hesitate no more!! Highly recommend!!
