it’s clean, newly renovated with hairdryer, kettle with coffee and tea. However you have to ask for changing towels and water. there’s no fridge and deposit box in the hotel room. we love it’s close to China town and food eatery.

Safe location with a lot of eateries around. Besides, the metro station is just 5 minutes away.

We love the location as it is very near to Petaling Street with all the good eateries. The room is simple yet comfortable with clean bathrooms. They had lovely Chinese tea in the room but no coffee but it was fine for us as we had nice kopi at the nearby restaurants. There are many lovely and super popular restaurants nearby that we are spoiled for choice. There was no breakfast served in the hotel but there are many or plenty of local breakfast options around.

one of the nights we stayed there was an insanely loud nightclub so nearby it felt like it was just under our room and it kept us up til 4am

Excellent location in the centre of KL, 2 min walks to KK minimart and to Petaling Street & the night market food stalls, less than 5 min walk to Kwai Chai Hong (a peculiar but nostalgic little place), less than 10 min walks to Central Market and Merdeka 118 which could be viewed from the Superior King Room. There are cafes and restaurants all around the hotel. Bed is spacious and comfortable, staff are very cheerful and helpful, even met the boss who is frank, friendly and engaging in conversation. There is also a lounge beside the hotel which opens till late.

The soap used could be of better quality and fragrance, there was also no differentiation of hand soap, body soap and shampoo. If you are particular about having a good shower, bring your own soap and shampoo.

Everything - the staff is veryy nice and accommodatin (sorry for messing with the key causing you to break it to let me in tho 🥹, thank you so much, the day staff at lobby, for that 💛). I also like it that the night staff is awake any time I come back (at 3 or 4am tho) and has something on his phone to watch. I mean, the sound makes me feel safe that there’s someone there at the lobby, as I’m all alone 🤣 Location is great, around 50m to Jalan Petalling the night market/food street, 150m to a list of food stalls on Jalan Sultan road (Seng Kee, Mee Tarik, Nam Heong, the list goes on), some of which open very late at night (I visited one at around 3am). There are also tourist destinations nearby (the bookstore BookXcess and Kwai chai Hong with like wall paintings). It’s within walking distance to the LRT station (only used the red line so Im not so sure abt others) and only one station away from KL Sentral. If you travel from the airport to cuty central with KL espress, it leaves you off at KL Sentral so this is +++ convenient. It’s also one station away from Bukit Bintang aka the central with most luxury shopping malls. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. It’s more than enough for a solo traveler like me, and enough for couples as well. The corridor, lobby and lift smell so good I literally wished to stay in it for a bit longer for the smell.

- Could have added some seats or decor (plants) on the roof top, can be improved, it would be a good place to hang out. - The room aesthetic is not the best, the exterior of the hotel looks so good but the room is a bit of a let down. Expected the rooms have a more traditional Chinese feel (like a tea house), but instead it looks kinda like OYO. But the room is very clean regardless. - Pillows are a bit too high and hard.

Super comfy room: My King bed was plush, and I loved the city views. Clean and modern bathroom: Walk-in shower, and the newly installed Panasonic bidet was a huge plus! Friendly staff: Very quickly helped me to fix the warm air-conditioner in my room. Rooftop terrace: Amazing sunsets and panoramic city views! Great location: Walk to Petaling Street Market and other iconic sights.

Can get a bit noisy at night, given it was located next to a few pubs and clubs (but that's Chinatown for you!).

The best hotel we had on our 8 weeks travel trough Thailand and Maleisië (we visited 36 hotels and guesthouses) . Filaly a hotel with a good matras, pillow and good isolated walls. 🙄 And it is clean verywhere🤣😂. We visitded YUhotel even tweise! 🌸 The owner is Chinese and has a Chinese tea shop beneath. 🀄I took there a privite tea ceremony and it was a special occasion 🍽️. In the room you find even special Luxe tea moks to experience a privite relax moment🍵. It looks like a business hotel, but with extra's . 💮 The bathroom has a modern shower with douchedoor! 😉And many extras (even a hairbrush and tooghtbruch)👌 The employes speak good English, are very friendly and helpful and can advise you of tourist info and a citymap. (even the nightkeeper🦉) 1 word 🙏 **overcompleet ** 🍀 🥠

Bed and pillows really comfortable, shower good, service was great (one guy the whole time working at least 14 hour shifts every day). Laundry is done by an outside company who pick up and drop off from reception - worked very well for us and very affordable. Air conditioning really good, no fridge in the room but not a problem as there was unlimited cold filtered water available - amazing to be able to refill our bottles. Great value for money. Highly recommend this stay.
