Suitable for family vacation. Location of hotel near to beach and facilities provided also is good

Back parking need extra lighting to avoid unnecessary situation

The location is good, many eateries nearby, but not within walking distance. The room is clean and spacious. The wifi is good and the toilet is superb and wuduk friendly. The hotel pool and kids playing area is good for the children.

The parking lot is quite a distance from the main building which lead to many cars parking alongside the road near the entrance.

The staff were all very helpful and excellent. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable even though the hotel is under refurbisment. The room was very clean but could be improved from time to time. Breakfast was extremely good. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. The F&B Supervisor was very efficient and made sure that the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and the guest's table was always clean. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and as a result, the reservation counter has been relocated to a more distant location. This can be inconvenient for guests who have luggage, as they will have to walk further to reach the counter and car park. However, the hotel does provide concierge services, which can help guests with their requests.

the staffs were all so nice and very accomodating. the pool was exceptional for small kids. the breakfast spread was out of the world. the room was big and clean and the pillows are fluffy.

during the renovation, the car park is very far from the lobby when you were walking with stuffs and 2 small kids. they should have included a sign for Drive thru/drop in car park at the lobby of some sort for first time Customer. it was under ongoing renovation. we were lucky that we went there during the renovation of the lobby not the pool or else the kids would be devastated.

I love the cleanliness of the room. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread is delicious and has a lot of choices. Will certainly come back here if i visit Terengganu again.

The ongoing construction makes the walk from the reception to the main lift a lot longer, making it a bit of hassle to bring a baby & our bags all the way.

We booked deluxe family with 4bedded, the room quiet big and comfortable for us 2adults and 3kids. The sink was separate with shower and toilet which is also good and convenient. Swimming pool also nice and had easy access from room. Check in and check out process faster and we able to have early check in. We've also booked for hi tea event at zamrud hall, the staff very kind and always on standby mode to assist us. Food good and the hall so convenient for indoor event. Thank you Raia!

Breakfast buffet should add more variety of terengganu signature dish, the staff should be more alert to refill the foods once finish because I need to told them to refill. The lighting in the room quiet dark, maybe should add more brighter lamp.

Parking a bit crowded in front of hotel coz some of the guest want to park in front hotel even though just driving a cheap car. Also some selfish guest drive expensive car also feel like king want to park infront the hotel lobby and make crowded at the main entrance or drop off area. Hope hotel management ask all guests just park at back of hotel parking it's correct parking area coz in there got a lot parking lot available. I also drive half million price car also no worries to park there. 😊

Wrt the suite, it was two rooms combined means there's a door connecting the two rooms. That connecting door then was accidentally closed and I could not open it since only 1 side got tombol. Had to wait for maintenance guy to come bla bla bla

price is good. location is not far away from town. you can jog at around the stadium or near the beach

9-year old facility and it looks tired. room is huge, toilet is clean but the water pressure is low. parking is a hassle although they have ample space at the back but it quite a walking distance to the main entrance.

We love the hospitality of the staff. Love the kiddy pool. Love the staff who was in charge during our stay, Amir. He was attentive and made sure the kiddy pool was on so the kids could enjoy splashing about in the water.

It would be nice to received towels with no holes😅 Maybe because it was peak weekend and not enough clean towels, we received 2 old, a bit ‘lusuh’ but clean. The toilet we stayed in was missing 2 doors😅 Thank goodness the outer door is there.
