The scenary is very beautiful

Maintainance not really good

great stay, spacious chalet, loves the traditional kampung modern chalet design with balcony, loves the surrounding so privacy with nature and birds chirping in the morning and zikir signage along the pedestrian, superb breakfast with varieties option and traditional food as well like nasi dagang, drawbridge can be viewed from distance and location not far from the city, easy access to tourist hot spot like crystal mosque, tamadun islam with grab or car, will stay here again.

1. need to climb the stairs to the reception and restaurant, difficult for the elderly. 2. the reception staff that entertained me during registration not friendly and looks moody. 3. bathroom floor wet with stagnant water and the sink hole got no cover.

Alhamdulillah...everything was perfect and good. Excellent service especially the runner who was always ready to pick up and drop off from room to convention center without hesitation. Reception service was excellent.. answer calls in seconds without any delay. The food in the restaurant was also delicious and good value of money according to pricing. It was a good buisness stay for 4 days 3 nights and i enjoyed a lot.

Only network problem there. Internet Line is very slow and the disappointment is that the hotel wifi was not working. Staff hotel also failed to fix the internet modem as maybe it was some technical fault. Anyway..managed it.

Even though this is an old place but very comfortable, it feels like home, The swimming pool is big, kids friendly, breakfast is awesome, Nasi dagang is delicious and other menus are good. The room service and other staff are friendly and helpful, they came immediately after a report regarding electric tripped and spider.

The mattress is very old even though it's clean, toilet light and aircond need to be service/clean

The Lobby and the room is far a part and the night scenery was eerie… Check in Counter staff no too friendly… Long wait at the lobby (wait for buggy service to the room- should provide room blueprint map brochure to guide customer ) due to the arrival time clash with Maghrib prayer…(need to plan my schedule next time)

It provides privacy to guests but the property itself shows sign of ageing or neglect maybe the 2 years CoVid period had its effect.

I like because of the privacy, far from town and quiet and calm.

Not about the property but the staff keep calling my room every morning and knock the door even I already hang the do not disturb sign. It is a bit annoying for me.

The price include breakfast is cheap.. due to large room, comfy & the scenery suitable for healing. The breakfast also delicious. Next time will come here again

spacious room & value for money, very quite place and easy going to the other place, avoided from traffic jammed. The staff are excellent. Good Job!

The facilities need much more improve and also wifi connection didn't work at all. Pool also need to provide pool's towel. Please do maintenance regular as my room the bath tub pipe is spoil.
