Easy parking. Breakfast variety was good enough considering not expensive price I paid for the room.

For breakfast, nasi lemak not served with boiled egg only because the hotel afraid foreign tourist from a certain country eat the egg a lot like eating chips, the staff said. I needed to ask the staff to provide the egg for me. Instead of boiled egg, he could only serve me fried egg. Whatever the reason, it is a shame to serve nasi lemak without egg.

Location was convenient. Staffs were helpful when we raised concerns. Economical. Plenty of parking and breakfast was decent

Attention to detail are lacking. Carpet on corridor was dirty. When we entered the room we could hear knocking due to outside aircon unit was loose. We raised issue to reception and they addressed it so credit to them. Room was not detailed clean, food crumbs on carpet, coffee mug had lipstick mark, shelves and bed headboard was dusty. Bathtub plumbing had broken fixtures filled with filler and silicone. Cafetaria floor was dirty with foot prints.

The room is very spacious, i could add on 2 more beds. Toilet is big and have bath tub also. The staff, they are very good in their job, and their service is fast. Any problem occur they will help to settle not more than 1 hour. Fast right?? Breakfast not too many choice but still likeable. Not too far from tourist attraction, and easy to get parking. The nearest attraction i would say you can walk 10 minutes to muzium penjara.

I would suggest them to renovate the swimming pool. I've seen many customer come to the swimming pool and leave after they saw the pool.

Spacious with reasonable price, variety food during breakfast, easy parking access. Before i booking, i noted at my booking request want a birthday decoration room and after i booking, i call again the hotel to confirm my decoration room and the staff state they noted the remarks. Then tomorrow after i check in, there is no decoration birthday room and make me upset because i want to suprise my partner. Then, i call the reception, they said maybe the staff forgotten to noted the remarks and said will deco my room when i am going out for a while. Then, after one hour going out, my room was already done deco by housekeeping team. Thank you very much to your staff name HARIS for efficient and kindness help in arranging our room to be decorated. Really statisfied with the services provided.

The location is perfect. A lot of food court, easy to locate for those who isn't from Melaka and plenty of space to park car. The staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The explanation given by staff is clear. The hotel itself is comfortable and have rooms that can accommodate for 5 peoples which hard to find. Its also serve breakfast and have timeline guideline of the level of busyness during breakfast which is great for those who are staying at the hotel. Definitely will stay here again when i visit Melaka. 😊

The boiler a bit rusty & not comfortable to use. But they do have hot water outside the room which give perfect solutions. 🙂

Staff were very friendly Room is clean Parking is provided Strategic location, located near to shopping mall, food courts. Certain room are spacious. Room to room intercom is provided, so it's great if you travel in a large group and stay in multiple room

One of the room facilities were working well, including the TV and Fridge. one of the room has a weird smell when we enter, we resolve it with our own air fresherner. Wasn't inform that the drinking water in the fridge is complimentary, as the price of mineral water is stated on the fridge

Nothing i didnt like about the property . But for this trip i hv a bit of complaint on the front staff. I got problem with the check in kiosk machine .. so i ask 1 of the staff at the front desk to help .. but the staff just ignored me .. there are 4 of them at the reception at that moment n none of them care to help ..i hv been staying at the hotel every time i came to melaka for 5 years already .. its a bit disappointed really .. hope it wont happen again

The breakfast provided was satisfactory, complemented by the friendly demeanor of the staff. However, it appeared that the room I was accommodated in belonged to the older section of the building, as I observed a new structure situated behind it. It is worth mentioning that the parking facility was free and conveniently accessible.

I just wanted to let you know that the room I got in this old building has some slightly worn bed accessories. Also, I have noticed that there isn't any soundproofing in the walkway, so you may hear some noise when people walk by.

It was quiet and clean. Staff were ok and helpful when asked. Our room was serviced daily if requested. And a good price for the stay.

1. I found the hotel and the room rather dated and dark. 2. The linen was clean but had seen better days and looked rather dingy. 3. Getting from the hotel to the main hub of town was rather hazardous if on foot due to the absence of footpaths thus having to walk alongside the traffic on the very narrow berms. Traffic was heavy at certain times of the day.
