Strategically located, plenty of cafes, restaurants and Watson across the street and a short walking distance to shopping malls. Hotel building and check in counters are shared with Straits Hotel. The beds are pretty small and narrow but comfortable for a medium sized person. Rooms are well maintained. Good for work stay, basic essentials are provided.

Tv channels can be improved. No HBO or Cinemax or any channels worth watching. Fridge is not cold. Telephone has no clear directory, not sure how to make room to room calls, housekeeping calls etc. No light in the wardrobe closet. Pricing was also abit steep probably due to many events happening in Melaka that weekend, paid almost RM400 per room per night. Based on our past stays in other melaka hotels of equivalent standards, rooms like Noble should be approx RM250 per night.

The quietness, good for resting when coming for work. Facilities are good. There's gym, and room equipped with ironing board and iron, kettle, fridge, good size of mugs and glasses, and hair dryer ready in the bathroom. Also there's the coffee maker too. Layout similar to how it was when it was still Novotel. Dedicated parking , share with Straits Hotel&suites.

Hotel room was spacious and located at a very strategic location, just a couple of minutes of drive to the city centre and there is a lot of things to eat within walking distance

Access card holder beeping at 5am and tried to call the frontdesk to solve it and the frontdesk keeps mentioning that a technician will come and fix it but waited more than an hour for the technician. Have to call 3-4 times to keep asking the frontdesk to send the technician as the beeping never stops. Also, the mini bar is not working and when opened, it emits a foul smell.

1. Room was a bit dimmed. Lighting allows shadows or dark spot in the room. 2. Power socket is only on one side of the king size bed. 3. There is no hand and face towels. 4. Lifts can be slow during peak hours. 5. Area is surrounded with traffic jams if you’re driving in and out of the hotel.

Location is good with lotsa eateries around and walking distance to Mahkota. Carpark is security guarded at all times. Room is clean and everything is well maintained; no rusty kettle or shower head, no broken hinges and no loose fittings

Very limited TV channels, almost are all in Malay. Would be good if there can be more varieties such as English documentary or movie channels as well as Chinese channels. Hey, Malaysia is a multi-racial country isn't it?

The room size was good. The shower had really hot water (have to be very careful especially for children as the max was scalding hot). Overall, it was very clean.

Had to change rooms as the former's aircon was not working. Bar fridge was not working in the second room. The mattress sunk at the sides and was not firm. We had to sleep in the middle to find better support for our backs. Guess the springs were old. We did not sleep well and woke with sore backs.

Location was good. Free parking services if you are driving.

Cleanliness can be better as bedsheet cover had a very big stand under when we turn it around. When enter room, floor carpet was slightly wet. Overall all good.

parking easy. security give good instruction to parking and helpful. front desk professional. room excellent except fridge not functioning. housekeeping sent iron fast as requested. bfast nice food,tasty,love the cappucino. f&b staff are polite and helpful,during dinner and bfast. check out were attended professionally and fast. the best hotel we have been too. SUPER CLEAN...and staff even cleaner wish us that shows,your hotel deserve the praise.

Fast check in process. Great and friendly staff. Very comfy, clean, beautiful room. Only 10mins walk to dataran pahlawan and about 20mins walk to Jonker street.
