I like many things about our room, the view was nice. My pet really loves the big window. The window was so big, it brightened up the whole room but luckily the curtain material was really thick and good to block out the light if you want. The room is super clean. Bed was comfyy. Bathroom was really clean and spacious. It is a simple room but it's very complete and all are very functional. You really have to experience it yourself.

There are just two things I think they can improve. It would have been amazing if the tv was a smart tv or at least can connect to OTG. I wanna watch Netflix there🤣 The second thing is I wish the iron facility is available on each floor, it's quite tidious to go down to the first floor.

This is a very clean cut design, a safe environment for our doggies, they don't have that kind of fancy design. And the wiring was all concealed. Since I'm the owner of 2 doggies, this is very important to me. It is quite raw and this kind of hotel can be allowed with pets, great. Highly recommend for pets lover

Since this hotel allowed for pets, i think I should have some like mop just in case pets do not use the space and pee around, we are able to help clean it up asap.

Checking in was efficient. Owner is transparent with prior informing need to walk upstairs to the rooms. The rooms are small but clean. Kudos to the owner who also provide pet bed even though we brought along ours. Location is near to tourist sites. Many eateries around the area. Toiletries are sufficient and overall the place is value for money. Recommendable for pet parents to stay while in Malacca.

One of the rooms aircond is a bit noisy but tolerable. Not elderly friendly unless can walk up the flight of stairs.

The room is clean. Basic room. The bed and pillow is okie. The aircond is cold. The water heater is hot. Its worth the money. And with the dogs, we are okie.

1. No ventilation in toilet. The window in toilet cant open. Stuffy. 2. No basic tv channels. Nothing to see. 3. No kettle. No cup. No toothbrush. No water dispensers in common area. So if u need hot water, u need to bring your own cup. Kettle needs to request. 4. No chair/ stool.

Room is not spacious but clean and comfortable. Hotel style toiletries has been provided. They do also set iron/iron board at the common area which quite impressed my mum.😂

There was a little issue on the air- conditionioning in our room. We have reset from 16'C to 22'C per instructed somehow the room still warm instead of cold..we didnt even need the blanket in the night 😂...probably owner can get a technician to check again.

Cleanliness is the key even they are pets friendly. Lots of free parking in the late evening after exploring other places. Staff is helpful even when we arrived late in the evening. Nice decorations

Top floor very hot as aircon not at common place, in the room take quite a while to cool down even temp set to 16C. No lift.. need to climb up and down with your pets.

Even though it is a pet friendly hotel (some hoteliers brought their dogs along) but the overall environment was cozy and throughout the night, all was quiet. No dogs barking whatsoever. Staff was quick to respond to my needs via whatsapp (there was no physical receptionist in this hotel)

Nothing whatsoever to complain about. Everything looks to be good and well maintained.

Highly recommended accomodation The owner is so easy going and friendly. Eventhough there is slightly issue but the owner act fast and efficiently. The owner even provided a single mattress without extra charge - so thoughtful service. Good service provided. Will definitelty be back again.

It’s pet friendly and allowed us to bring our 2 poodles along with us to Melaka. It’s just 5 mins drive from Jonker street. There is 99speedmart, kk mart, 7 eleven at the same area. Plenty of parking. They even provide toiletries.

The aircon in our room takes some time to cool the room.

Clean and all toiletries available. Friendly staff. Peaceful area

It's a bit far from the centre but peaceful, though. Small room but enough facilities. Pricey for that location
