The hotel is by far the best we stayed in Malaysia, and the price is excellent. Modern hotel, lift, water dispenser (hot and cold) in every floor, the reception is big and confy too. Beds, bedrooms, toilets are 10/10. Beautiful place. Fridge and air con in every room. Decoration, size, really big tvs, and so on...

Something funny is that they sell the sachets of instant coffee or tea instead of leaving them for free in the room next to the cups they do provide, like other hotels with these characteristics.

Our absolute favourite stay in Malaysia!! We were so amazed by how wonderful all the facilities and staff were. From the moment we arrived, they went through everything we needed to know, even showing us a map of the city, and all with a big smile on their face. We checked into the nicest room, with the COMFIEST bed, perfect shower and modern facilities to hand. We both slept so well throughout our stay. The hotel was quiet, located just outside of the centre, but only a 10-20 minute walk into the main part. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!

The staff is great! We came by bus from singapore and is walking distance from the stop. They have some food options and supermarket nearby, although we got a grab to check out the busy area. My room was huge, with a kitchen, fridge, 2 beds and a couch. We even gathered to hang out in my big room at night, a pleasant stay

There was a lot of noise from the street, so earplugs were necessary

The location was close to all the attractions that I was interested in. In fact almost everything was within a 10 to 20 minute walk. The hotel was spotless and the staff went above and beyond when I needed help. They are environmentally conscious, and they use solar for their hot water, which I love.

I can't think of anything they could have done better. Wifi was good. The hotel was spotless. The location was excellent. And the staff met all my expectations. I loved the floor to ceiling window that filled the room with natural light.

Clean and pretty new interior. Free use of water in the hallway. Usage of decent bikes for a low cost.

For the price we paid, you cannot say anything bad. But there's always something... The location was a little bit away from the main city. It doesn't take much more than 5-10 minutes to ride your bicycle though. Or 15-20 minutes on foot. There's a lot of noise coming from the hallway when people close their doors or chat loudly.

Very clean (the cleanest in Asia!), all necessary facilities in the room, friendly staff. Good location.

It was quite noisy so you could hear a lot from the corridor. But still it was a great place to stay and would definitely come back!!

We really liked our stay. It was clean and had a very comfortable bad and pillows. The room was practical and cozy, with different (atmospheric) lights, which is nice in the evening. Staff was friendly. Wifi was great. Location was okay for us. You can walk 15-20 minutes to the centre or take a cheap Grab. We would recommend this hotel.

Bathroom is very small, but still practical. Soundproofing wasn't great, you could hear the neighbour's water running, aswell as traffic, but we had earplugs so it was okay.

The beds are really good. The room is clean. Location wise, its near to tourist attractions. The staff were friendly from the counter staff, to the cleaners as well as the security guard. The parking space are a bit limited in front of the hotel but there are plenty at the side with the security guard assisting in the parking.

If you are staying for multiple days, you will have to request for cleaning which I didn't have the chance to do as I was out most of the time. The walls are not very soundproofed and you can often hear the sounds of shower/pipe sounds (I assume maybe due to the shower heater system) or even some talking if the people next door are talking loud or when the cleaners are cleaning. But these issues are not really significant and I had a good stay in the hotel.

Room size. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Big living room at the second floor. Centralised water dispenser. Fragrant and secure lobby. Courteous front desk staff.

Noisy pipes. Whenever the neighbour flushes the toilet, it gets noisy. Once it woke me up from my sleep at 5.30am! As I was laying on my bed, I thought an intruder or a ghost turned on the sink tap. I became scared! The one way street makes it inconvenient to go to Melaka Raya. Always stuck in a congestion during lunch. There's no pedestrian pavement. We walked close to passing vehicles. The economy hasn't recovered from the pandemic. Many shops closed down.

Great staff, hotel is really new and offers great accommodation. All floors have a hot and cold water filter which is excellent, jugs are also provided in the rooms to carry water (really a very smart and sustainable solution).They offer bikes for rent. The road in front is quite bad for walking, but it is possible to access all points of interest within a short walk, Grab works well in the city and is cheap. There are shopping malls and supermarkets a 10-minute walk away.

Unfortunately, the acoustics of the middle rooms leave something to be desired, in the morning guests are not polite and slam the doors, it is also possible to hear when your neighbor is taking a shower.I recommend that you use earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
